I know you guys are super busy right now and I know nothing about coding, but just a small suggestion:
Could it be possible to include a weapon enchantment that earns more experience when a mob is killed?
It could be a rare enchantment and as a counterweight, maybe you couldn't have both Looting and Skillful
on the same item... the only problem I can think of is what the case would be if you had a sword with Looting
in one hand and a sword with Skillful in the other.. but maybe that would be better for giving the feeling of
actually Dual Wielding in terms of Weapon Fighting. Thoughts?
This would be quite helpful. The only thing that bugs me is the name, and that's probably just my personal opinion. Perhaps you could describe the increase?

Support. A sensible suggestion.
Yeah. I didn't particularly like the name either, I just need something to call it so that I could reference it in the post alongside other enchantment names. lol. Any ideas for a direction the name could take?
This sounds good on paper, but can potentially give the player way too much experience in the long run.

Yeah, that guy in the avatar is me. I'm *that* strange. It happens. Sometimes people act like that. Just go with it. I can offer help with suggestions even before you post them - NOT make your suggestions - but help you with them.
Idk, personally I have no trouble gaining experience without any kind of abuse of mob farms or grinders. If anything my problem is that I need a place to store my XP or something else to sink my XP into because I get a full set of enchanted Diamond gear and then have no reason to use XP for anything else.
But provided it cannot be used with Mending and Looting/Fortune the idea is fine I guess.

I agree that there should be some way to store xp. However, I think you should lose a portion when storing it to give the player a choice: to enchant now, or save xp for later (but lose some of it). What about magic Aztec vases you could find in Jungle Temples? They could store xp and make it worthwhile to find or search for Jungle Temples.
Placing aside any technical issues (I don't know enough to evaluate these and they could be deal-breakers);
I don't have any particular opposition to the idea of an XP-enhancing enchantment, but I don't see much use for it given my style of gameplay.
I'm not clear to me what effect on gameplay the enchantment is intended to have;
If it's simply to provide more XP, XP already seems easy to get. (I kept my first ever mending pick repaired with a chicken farm.)
Also, once one has gotten 'kitted-out', I don't see much use for XP beyond fuel for mending.
If, however, the idea is for an enchantment to make more viable/encourage play without XP grinders; anything that makes this enchantment difficult to obtain/use will limit that effect.
Allowing it to work with Mending, in particular, could make XP grinders less important.
That would included keeping it seperate from Looting/Fortune; although this seperation seems logical based on the idea that one 'thing' can only have one 'drop-boost'.
Overall: NEUTRAL; I don't see problems, but don't think I'd find it a priority enchantment.

WARNING: I have an extemely "grindy" playstyle; YMMV — if this doesn't seem fun to you, mine what you can from it & bin the rest.
the effect would be passive, so it could not be an enchantment for weapons. Maybe an enchantment for armors or an item to have in inventory ?
I like this part particularly
Perhaps it could be a shield specific enchantment? Especially if 'Skillful' is a rare/expensive enchantment intended for late gameplay, this would increase the late game utility of shields.

Support. It would be an easy way to get some extra xp from mobs. Also I have onother idea for this idea xd The enchantment could be not only for swords, also could be for picaxes. For expample, when you mine a coal ore, it gives you more xp.

In order for this to be balanced, I think it must be:
1. Non-stackable with Mending
2. Non-stackable with Looting
3. A Treasure enchantment (should it?)
Check out my suggestions! Here is one of them:

I like the idea, but I think it could be improved with a downside :
Clen's modification :
It would be make farming more interesting, and be useful in multiplayer duels as a counter (in that case it should be customisable by commands).
