So a while ago on my old account, I posted a thread regarding a suggestion for Redstone Bluetooth. After a few complaints about "Minecraft is an old age game and should not have a 21st century item (what are command blocks)" and "very unhealthy to perseverance and trying hard to mine Redstone" or something, I've made a few changes. This is useful for creative creations such as mansions for lamps and such
This will not be obtainable in Survival Mode; just like a command block, you would have to type "/give @p minecraft:nameofitem"
To those saying that Bluetooth is copyrighted, Mojang can just name it something else- they don't name command blocks "JavaScriptCoder.exe" or something right?
A parameter that indicates what redstone object you want to power (write the co-ordinates of the block)
Please don't whine about perseverance or something, just comment questions, disapproval, approval, concerns, suggestions about technical things like commands, parameters, etc...
It's pointless. If you can't get it in Survival mode, why use this instead of just setting a redstone block there? It's one extra torch and command block to revert it, too.

If you'd like to talk with me about other games, here are a few I play.
Team Fortress 2
Borderlands series (Borderlands 2 is my favorite game, ever. TPS combat is a lot of fun and makes up for the lower-quality story, in my opinion)
Elder Scrolls series
Warframe (IGN is something like That_One_Flesh_Atronach)
Pokémon series (HGSS forever)
Rocket League
Fallout series
Left 4 Dead 2 (Boomer files always corrupt though)
SUPERHOT (SUPERHOT is the most innovative shooter I've played in years!)
Dead Rising series (Dead Rising 2 is one of my favorite games, and the 3rd was a lot of fun. 1st has poor survivor AI and the 4th is bad)
Just Cause series
Come to think of it, I mainly play fighting-based games.
It's for creations such as lamps on a fence or something like that. And getting it in survival mode is up to you, some people disagreed with that and some people want it in survival. I personally think that it should be in survival, though the crafting recipe is expensive.
Couldn't you just update the old thread? Some people here will have never read or forgotten about the old thread, at the least add a link. By posting a new thread you also run the risk of this being locked for multiple active threads on the same topic.
As for the idea itself, I definitely see its uses and would like to see something like this implemented. However, I think this would fare better as a command in a command block. That way we don't need to introduce an entirely new, creative-mode-only block.
On regards to that wouldn't he also get a warning for necrobumping the old thread? So it's a lose/lose battle either way. I was wanting to add a mob suggestion but its been done. I actually support it but I have a model for it that it don't. Would just grabbing the suggestion and improve upon it work?
No, necroposting is after 30 days of inactivity, and the old thread wasn't that old. Plus, the OP can edit their threads as much as they like, as long as it's new and relevant. I'm surprised this hasn't been locked yet.

Partial Support.
It wouldn't let me log in my old account for some reason, sorry

I mean if it's already so specific as to require block coordinates and requires commands to obtain, why not just use commands or command blocks?
Place a redstone block next to the circuit you need to power:
/setblock x y z minecraft:redstone_block
Remove the block when you need to deactivate it:
/setblock x y z minecraft:air
Adding/removing blocks too conspicuous? Then set the block state specifically.
/setblock x y z minecraft:lit_redstone_lamp
/setblock x y z minecraft:redstone_lamp
This should appear as the lamp simply turning on or off.
