This idea would have notch add colored glass to Minecraft!

1. PURPLE
Purple glass (or obsidian glass) is crafted from the item obsidian bonemeal. Obsidian bonemeal can be crafted by surrounding a piece of bonemeal in obsidian (or alternitavely as a new mob's drop.)
To craft obsidian glass, you must surround a piece of glass in obsidian bonemeal, making it a costly and desireable item. As well as being a good decoration, obsidian glass can be used to craft the rainbow glass, which has a special use.
2. GOLD
Gold glass is crafted from the glowstone block. It is a golden block (duh) that also glows softly at nighttime or in dark places. It is a beautiful block and is great as a decoration.
It is also used to craft the rainbow block.
3. SILVER
Silver glass is crafted in the same way as any other of the glass blocks, and as the surrounding item there is iron ingots. This block has the special ability to give off darkness during the daytime, or in bright places.
As always, it is used in the crafting of the rainbow block.
4. GREEN
Green glass is crafted with the surrounding item as fallout dust. This gives it a slight glow and a green hue. It attracts monsters in huge swarms as they try to get closer to the pretty light, making it an effective helper in the creation of mob traps. It is also used in the crafting of the rainbow block.
5. BLUE
Blue glass is crafted using the lapis lazuli dye. It appears to have swirls across its surface and is recognisable by the way it attracts peaceful mobs. It can therefore be used as a trap for leather, eggs, wool and the like. It is also used for the rainbow block.
6. RED
Red glass is crafted with the item redstone. It has the ability to conduct redstone power and can push the line to an infinite length. When powers is running through it, it glows at the strength of a redstone torch. It is used to make the rainbow block.
7. RAINBOW
The rainbow block is not a glass type, unlike the other items suggested here. It has all the powers of the other blocks, as it can be right clicked to switch between giving darkness and light, attracts all types of mobs, and can be used to power redstone to an infinite length. It is crafted like this:
[] []
Where the cloths are the corresponding colors of glass (they are not exact but you can tell which is which).
It also has its own special ability to give off a song when it is right clicked and you have a record in hand. However, there will be no records inserted into it, and, no matter what record you use, it only gives the one song (suggestions welcome for the song)
Again, if it has been suggested, why post anything? Even if you have your own take on it, your ideas should be posted in the previously made topic pertaining to colored glass. So, no: I will not "get over it".
This has been suggested more than once, I believe, if not in my exact style. GET OVER IT.

Enjoy this suggestion!
All right everyone, if we don't buy Lamborghinis for one day, the price will go way down and then we can all afford one. It's Economics!
