Idea 1: Tombs and Ruins
What I'll really like in minecraft is there to be mysterious tombs and ruins that you can discover. Maybe like a sandstone maze with treasure. It's quite close to the dungeons, but will have puzzles and stuff, maybe dungeons have like a %50 chance of changing into a tomb.
Idea 2: Respawn at Bed
Maybe it should make it that after you have slept in a bed, you can respawn there, and if you sleep in another bed you respawn over there. I mean, It's pretty frustrating having to start from miles away if your base is really really far.
Idea 3: Sunken Treasure
If seas can be have shipwrecks with hidden treasure it would increase the rate of people going underwater to search for hidden treasure. Mabe you can make Ghasts appear near the shipwrecks as well as Nether.
Idea 4: Burnt Food
Maybe you can make it that if you leave pork or fish in the furnace for too long it starts getting burnt, and eating it will barely effect your health.
Idea 5: Webs
Where do spiders come from? Well, spider webs of course! Maybe you can make it that if you leave a corner and go nowhere near it for about a week in minecraft, a web starts appearing there, and you can get trapped and spiders can spawn there.
Idea 6: Upgrades and Repairs
You should be able to upgrade your pickaxe and maintain it instead of making a completely new one. You should be able to make health potions that increase your health. You can upgrade your armour instead of recreating it again, like to upgrade a leather shoe, you replace it with iron and get a certain amount back. Also if you can repair stuff that would be cool.
Finally: Mob Bosses
Let's make it, that when you're in a deep cavern and you reach a dead end, you'll find a boss. Like a King Creeper, or Zombie Lader and even the Spider Queen! They can like crush blocks and spawn little enemies of themselves, like baby creepers that do only half the damage! This is what i really want.
So... Yeah... Those are my ideas! Enjoy!

Hello. In the future, you should use the search function, read the stickies, and make separate threads for each idea (or, at least, if you're going to include more than one, make them relevant/dependent concepts)
1. is a good idea, and I totally support it.
2. is already in development
3. Love it, support it, don't think the ghasts are necessary additions to it but maybe something else ghost-like
4. Dislike this idea.
5. I like the idea of webs spawning, but I am not so sure I like the idea of spider spawners showing up in lit areas of your mine.
6. I can see some merit to potentially repairing stuff.
7. Good idea.
Most of these have been suggested before in greater detail. You should refer to these instead of just posting long lists of stuff like that.

My take:
Idea 1: Tombs and Ruins
Not a bad idea. Should be on top of ground as opposed to underground.
Idea 2: Respawn at Bed
Planned.
Idea 3: Sunken Treasure
No. Would defeat the point of sulfur from creepers; as there's no fireballs/fire in water. ghasts guarding it would be just....Weird. No, please.
Idea 4: Burnt Food
No thanks. Defeats the point of a huge cooking operation, and they move to an 'output' kind of slot where they don't get any more heat.
Idea 5: Webs
No. This would cause rampant spider population explosions, as you would have to go to every corner in your chunk once a week, and would be a huge hassle to get rid of. No.
Man this site hates me...
Let's try reposting this...
What would the difference between Tombs and Dungeons be? I'm getting the impression that they sound too similar. Ruins on the other hand sound like the idea with the maze. The only way I see ruins/mazes working is if they are build with bedrock as opposed to other materials. Otherwise it'd be interesting addition instead of exploring massive Caverns and the occasional Dungeon.
Making your bed a spawn point is being worked on.
I can see sunken treasure being an interesting feature, but again it should a lot like Dungeons. Maybe instead of that have a chest be buried in the ground (but rarely found on the surface of the ocean floor).
Burnt food adds a realistic feel to the game but I don't see it being well liked. It all depends on the time limit between when the food is cooked to when the food begins to burn.
Spiderwebs exist as a texture in the terrain.png file, but I can't think of much use for it besides being a bit of a false doorway. Making spiders spawn it (and vice versa) is a very interesting use for it, along with the mechanic of being trapped by it. My question is, what happens when you do become trapped? Do spiders come after you while you're stuck and how do you break free from it?
Upgrading items should not make them as durable as their pure counterparts. What I mean by this is that, say you start with a Wooden Sword that has a value of 1. An Iron Sword would have a value of 6. Upgrading from Wooden to Iron instead of making the Iron Sword requires less mats but means it only has a value of 4 or 5.
How will health potions be made? Using the flowers normally used for dye? What will be required to make a vial to hold the potion?
Upgrading armor should be similar to upgrading weapons (see my opinion on that above).
Repairing stuff would be a nice feature. I can see the Workbench performing this duty pretty well (with Leather being used to repair Leather items, etc) as opposed to adding a whole new set of objects. However, if you still want to go that way, you can make a set of "handtools" that have the icon of a hammer and anvil. By right clicking on it, it'll open an inventory allowing you to repair items from there.
Mob bosses would make exploration interesting, but would they drop anything different than their normal counterparts? How much damage would they do by themselves (not counting Creepers considering they could flatten an entire map in no time)?

No. Just no. Overpowered, might spawn regularly like normal mobs, and has been over-suggested. No.
