Hello! Are you a nether dweller? Do you want to mine in the nether, without having to go back to the overworld? Then you should support my well-thought idea of adding Nether ores into Minecraft!
Now, we've all heard of that mod, but why have a mod when it could be implemented? Mojang had done that plenty of times like the following:
Beta 1.2 - Schaevolus' McRegion Converter
Beta 1.7 - Pistons
Release 1.6 - Horses
So if you ask me, and maybe everyone, then it would make perfect sense to add in another one, as it hadn't happened for 3 years!
THE ORES
The ores will generate at any level in the nether, that means diamond and emerald can be found anywhere! But just because they can be found on every level, doesn't mean that you will find them that easily. They will still have the same rarity.
Their textures will be netherrack with the ore pattern outlined in black. But you guys can suggest to me a better texture!
When you smelt the nether ores, you get 1 of that ore's ingot/material afterwards. Pretty cool
I did something smart and copied and pasted the unreadable text and changed the font.
For the rest of you guys that can't comprehend what the OP says, it says:
"The ores will generate at any level in the nether, that means diamond and emerald can be found anywhere! But just because they can be found on every level, doesn't mean that you will find them that easily. They will still have the same rarity."
I don't support, this makes no sense to have Overworld ores in the Nether. A better idea would be suggesting new ores that generate in the nether.
Hello! Are you a nether dweller? Can't spawn in there, sorry. Do you want to mine in the nether, without having to go back to the overworld? Why would anybody? Quartz is common enough. Then you should support my well-thought idea of adding Nether ores into Minecraft!
That's what I'm here to see. It's not very long, and a big part of it is "THE ORES" so I'd say it's not thought out.
Now, we've all heard of that mod, but why have a mod when it could be implemented? Mojang wants to add Optifine, but the creator won't allow it to be added. Mojang doesn't have control over what the community makes. Mojang had done that plenty of times like the following:
Beta 1.2 - Schaevolus' McRegion Converter
Beta 1.7 - Pistons These pistons could push players and were overall better than Minecraft's.
Release 1.6 - Horses Worked with the mod creator to make it...
So if you ask me, and maybe everyone, then it would make perfect sense to add in another one, as it hadn't happened for 3 years! That's because we don't need a new ore. Quartz being added allowed comparators to be rather expensive, and also paved the path for the new stone crafting and its own pillars/slabs/stairs/etc.
THE ORES TEXT BEING THIS BIG DOESN'T HELP, YOU SEE?
The ores will generate at any level in the nether, that means diamond and emerald can be found anywhere! But just because they can be found on every level, doesn't mean that you will find them that easily. They will still have the same rarity. It'll be very hard to find these. Diamond is already fairly hard to find in several layers. Imagine it being how it is, but spread out all throughout a chunk. And trust me, I've tried this type of ore generation before.
Their textures will be netherrack with the ore pattern outlined in black. But you guys can suggest to me a better texture!
When you smelt the nether ores, you get 1 of that ore's ingot/material afterwards. Issue is, netherrakk. Since netherrakk literally makes up Hell, and it can have lava running permanently over it with no consequences, it'd have to be heated up a lot in a furnace. ignoring the thermodynamics about heating Minecraft doesn't include, and you'd still have to heat each ore at thousands of degrees. Coal would burn up probably by touching the Netherrakk, (assuming coal from the Overworld is somehow immune) Diamond would be able to form and survive actually, (assuming the Nether is beneath the Void) Lapis should also be alright, but couldn't form down there, emerald would burn up, and redstone dust (which is similar enough to Copper Oxide) would boil and turn into a gas.
Without even taking into account smelting, only Diamond could spawn in the Nether. Even so, it'd be a pain to melt the Netherrakk out of.
Pretty cool Why "pretty cool?"
So, what do you say, do you support this idea?
Responses in bold. Only diamond could possibly survive down there, and the Nether still isn't more convenient to mine in because of... lava pockets.
Sorry , but I don't like the idea of living permanently in the nether . It is made to stay for a short time to take what you need (quartz , nether wart , mob loot) But not more than that . So , I'm really sorry , but I don't support this idea .
Good luck though , maybe other people will like it .

hi
xD, i'll change it
I don't see any benefit or challenge presented by this idea.
Why does there need to be one? The ghast interrupting you while you mine counts!

No support.

If you'd like to talk with me about other games, here are a few I play.
Team Fortress 2
Borderlands series (Borderlands 2 is my favorite game, ever. TPS combat is a lot of fun and makes up for the lower-quality story, in my opinion)
Elder Scrolls series
Warframe (IGN is something like That_One_Flesh_Atronach)
Pokémon series (HGSS forever)
Rocket League
Fallout series
Left 4 Dead 2 (Boomer files always corrupt though)
SUPERHOT (SUPERHOT is the most innovative shooter I've played in years!)
Dead Rising series (Dead Rising 2 is one of my favorite games, and the 3rd was a lot of fun. 1st has poor survivor AI and the 4th is bad)
Just Cause series
Come to think of it, I mainly play fighting-based games.
What the hell... i dotn see the responses in bold

Should be fixed now.

For those who couldn't read that paragraph :
