Imagine: You are in a cave lighting it and you find a fall and you go down it until you see it
And you are tamped and you of course get to explore it, you find new trees, plants, mobs, items and one dungeon.
Mobs:
Mobs would of course beings who live in the underground.
Passive
EarthWorms:
it is obvious that this mob was on the list, but of course it would not be exclusive to the biome as it can be found everywhere, except in uninhabited type places that biome made of stone
NPCs:
NPCs with profession:
Miner
It sells raw and processed minerals.
Mushroom Cultivator
It sells mushrooms, mushroom soup and poison darts.
He has a house with a fenced yard with planted mushrooms
I had no more ideas! next...
Monsters
Skeleton Miner
They are often found in UnderGround Biomes and MineShaft. It uses a pickaxe and this pickaxe may come in different types of random vanilla pickaxes.
Zombie Miner
Similar to Skeleton Miner but has meat
Plants:
The plants are similar to what we have in real life, for exemple: mushrooms and these mushrooms have different colors, sizes and even some species have a glow and others have particles.
Items:
The items would be obvious. Examples: New soups mushroom, poison darts coming from poisonous mushrooms etc.
The mushroom soups do not need image as the only thing that would change would be the color of the soup in item texture depending on the mushroom color used in the recipe
Blocks:
Have blocks that have underground in real life, like Stones with Vegetation.
It may seem grass but is mossy. I bet you thought it was grass is not it?
Dungeon:
Another obvious thing: Pyramids, temples, mines, labyrinths etc.
Pyramids:
A pyramid made of stone and on top there is a diamond block! but to go up and catch it will need to face various monsters! Note: It's bigger than that!
Temples:
This temple is the same as the Jungle.
Mines:
This is the entrance to the MineShaft
Labyrinths:
Entrance to this labyrinth is an abandoned mine and the rest you already know!
That's my suggestion and this suggestion was met would certainly be one of the best updates ever released!
Where's the suggestion in this suggestion? You use grammatically-correct sentences and even legible formatting, but you haven't actually told us anything, except that whatever it is you want is underground.

I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. I will face my fear. I will let it pass over me and through me, and when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.
How deep is this biome? How do you get there? Is it just in the overworld, or in another dimension? How are there any things underground? Are they caves? How big are the caves? What kind of mobs? What will they look like? Passive, aggressive, or neutral? Health? Damage? Drops? Abilities? What sorts of NPCs? What would the villages look like? What kinds of minerals? What "other stuff"? What specific mushrooms? What colors do they come in? Do they work like mushrooms in the overworld? Can you get small mushrooms? If so, can you eat them? Make things? What shapes do they come in? How bright are the glowing mushrooms? What kinds of particles? What kinds of mushroom soup would there be? How much hunger/saturation do they restore? How do you craft and use poison darts? What poison mushrooms? Do they hurt you if you touch them? What other items? How do you craft/find them? What "blocks that would be underground in real life"? Do you mean stones? Different types of stones? What do stones with grass look like? Anything special? Isn't that just Mossy Cobblestone? What kind of blocks are there? Hardness? Any glowing blocks? Can you craft them into other blocks? How would there be pyramids underground? How large would they be? What kind of loot? Any traps? What sort of temples? What are they made of? What do they look like? Don't we have mineshafts already? Would these just be better mineshafts? What loot? What abandoned cities? What would they look like?
How would this suggestion be added, if I can literally whip up ten lines of questions about it with little to no effort? This suggestion has potential, but it has no details whatsoever. The seed of a good idea is in here, but we can't be sure until you make it less vague. More details. More.
No. That is not how this process works. You don't offer us scraps and tell us to flesh it out as we see fit; you flesh the idea out yourself, and then write it all down for us to critique. Preferably, all the fleshing-out happens before you post any part of the suggestion. What you have done is given us a headline and some bullet points. We can't critique that.

Making progress. Now give us stats on the two new mobs and tell us why they wield picks instead of weapons, and elaborate on the temples (structure, loot, traps? etc). Why is there grass growing on stone?

"Everything is possible with programming!" this is my sentence. The Mojang does updates to Minecraft with little personal it must have several employees then no problem
Dude is serious you give me this horrible information after doing all this post? I long remaking it for the community accept to be evaluated to vote and moreover you just give a reason for them not to accept the idea and could also have spoken before! you'd better have not commented ¬¬ (No offense.)
Basically what everyone else said goes for me as well. I'm also gonna add that this seems like a Wishlist, and is just overall a mess. Why does the ENTIRE underground of Minecraft need a special biome?
This would only work if Cubic Chunks were added to the game, because the biome would be whatever is above-ground, regardless of depth. I fail to see the logic of this. No support.

What if it actually wasn't a biome of itself, but instead a series of generated structures that form in a cave system? That would work, right?
Also, after fleshing out this suggestion, it has my support, mostly.
Why don't we count tis as part of the biome it's under and count this as a generated structurethan a biome. It could be a structure that is under a biome tat rarely spawns and is random each time like a village to make it feel like a special new biome. It could share some charecteristics from the biome it's in too, like if it's under a swamp it could have water pools and lilly pads and a taiga could have some underground wolf packs.
(sorry for the bad grammar i dont really care that much though)

OK I understand, I will redo the post by placing what you need to consider objectionable. (Editing the post and doing another thread.)
I hope you're right this time

Not your fault only that this news has ruined everything, but do what?, but if it were possible it would be cool do not you think?

Watch out for the crabocalypse. Some say the day will never come. But it will.
Feel free to drop by for a chat whenever.
If you'd like to talk with me about other games, here are a few I play.
Team Fortress 2
Borderlands series (Borderlands 2 is my favorite game, ever. TPS combat is a lot of fun and makes up for the lower-quality story, in my opinion)
Elder Scrolls series
Warframe (IGN is something like That_One_Flesh_Atronach)
Pokémon series (HGSS forever)
Rocket League
Fallout series
Left 4 Dead 2 (Boomer files always corrupt though)
SUPERHOT (SUPERHOT is the most innovative shooter I've played in years!)
Dead Rising series (Dead Rising 2 is one of my favorite games, and the 3rd was a lot of fun. 1st has poor survivor AI and the 4th is bad)
Just Cause series
Come to think of it, I mainly play fighting-based games.
