Are you a person that uses ''amidst Minecraft world explorer" to find the perfect world before playing minecraft because i am. Trying to find a good spot to build your house/server where alll the biomes are within reach of 2500 blocks from 0,0 can be abit of a pain then again the monuments/awesome biomes can be soo far away.
I all ready love the map random generation layout but I would like when the new world is created the player is surrounded by all of the biomes including monuments, villages, temples etc..not having to travel more than 7000+ blocks to get a few blocks of mushroom or even to see the awesome ice spikes or the beautiful mesa.
If you ever used AMiDST you will see what I mean, instantly you would say '' Darn it! the two other biomes/monuments are soo far away'' and instantly you would press CTRL+R.. and keep doing so till you come across an OK one but still all of the biomes wont be close by.
BY some ''coding miracle" I would like to see where every world continuing to be RANDOM but all of the biomes/monuments/villages/temples,ETC are within a reach able 0-2500 radius!
SORRY FOR POSING THIS SEED HERE, IM NEW I APOLOGIZE :/..! Will move it over to the proper section of the forum soon!

Because the seed itself isn't relevant to the idea I put it in a spoiler tag. Also, I do agree with the idea, as I constantly have this issue.

So this is suggesting that all the different kinds of structures are within 2500m (block) radius of 0x0 or the spawn point? And completely random? That'd be nice I guess.

Yeah I mean I am all for exploration, but it sucks to need a Desert and not have one for literally tens of thousands of blocks, and having no idea which direction it is in without using a 3rd party tool.

Actually I take back what I said about agreeing with "Completely random" by default. It wouldn't make sense to see a desert next to a taiga biome, however I think this would fit excellent as an option in world creation.
Personally, my ideal would be for customized worlds to have an option to alter the weight of various biomes in the random world generation. Obviously not all the biomes make sense to be able to control directly -- like JungleEdge or MushroomIslandShore -- but it would be really cool to be able to, if you wish, make a world that was dominated by Jungles, Ice Spikes, Mesas, and Mushroom Islands with just the occasional forest, plain, or mountain to round things out.
Failing that, I'd definitely settle for a box that I could check when randomly generating a world that would guarantee that my random world would still present all of my resources within a two thousand block radius of spawn.

that would be a really neat idea a check box after the 2500 blocks radius the world can go random! like like in the photos above.
