Well, one day I was thinking about Minecraft not having an end. You can kill the Ender Dragon or the Wither, but after this there's always something else to build, craft or mine. But I always thought there was an issue with this. Even when the beacon is quite useful, I think the Dragon Egg and the Beacon could have some extra unique uses, to spice up the player's Minecraft life after defeating the bosses, so here is what I suggest:
The New Stuff:
(The images below are only to give you an idea of how an item would look like, but I don't think they would be the definitive textures)
Heated Dragon Egg:
Obtaining:
The heated dragon egg is unobtainable in survival mode.
Generation:
When a dragon egg is placed on top of a beacon, with non-flowing lava at its sides, a hugeexplosion particle is produced, surrounding the structure while the dragon egg disappears and a heated dragon egg is produced in its place.
Drops:
The heated dragon egg can only be destroyed by mining it with a diamond or dragon pickaxe. It breaks after 4.5 seconds and drops 9 dragon ingots.
Dragonrock:
Obtaining:
Dragonrock is unobtainable in survival mode.
Generation:
When a bedrock block is mined with a dragon pickaxe during a whole minute without stopping, the bedrock block is replaced by a dragonrock block.
Drops:
Dragonrock can't be destroyed in survival mode.
Dragon Ingot:
Obtaining:
When a heated dragon egg is mined with a diamond or dragon pickaxe, it drops 9 dragon ingots.
Craftings:
8 dragon ingots can be crafted into a dragon chestplate using the same recipe as in a leather tunic, replacing the leather with dragon ingots.
7 dragon ingots can be crafted into dragon leggings using the same recipe as in leather pants, replacing the leather with dragon ingots.
5 dragon ingots can be crafted into a dragon helmet using the same recipe as in a leather cap, replacing the leather with dragon ingots.
4 dragon ingots can be crafted into dragon boots using the same recipe as in leather boots, replacing the leather with dragon ingots.
3 dragon ingots and 2 sticks can be crafted into a dragon pickaxe or axe using the same recipes as in a wooden pickaxe or axe, respectively, replacing the wooden planks with dragon ingots.
2 dragon ingots and 1 stick can be crafted into a dragon sword using the same recipe as in a wooden sword, replacing the wooden planks with dragon ingots.
1 dragon ingot and 2 sticks can be crafted into a dragon shovel using the same recipe as in a wooden shovel, replacing the wooden planks with dragon ingots.
It can be used in an anvil to repair dragon tools, armor and sword, restoring 1/4 of tis durability.
Dragon armor and sword:
Dragon Helmet:
Obtaining:
5 dragon ingots can be crafted into a dragon helmet using the same recipe as in a leather cap, replacing the leather with dragon ingots.
Usage:
It has the same durability and armor points of a diamond helmet, but it makes its user completely inmune to negative potion effects.
Craftings:
A dragon helmet can be crafted with another dragon helmet in order to get one with higher durability. It can also be placed in an anvil with a dragon ingot to repair it. This follows the same rules of diamond helmet fixing.
Dragon Chestplate:
Obtaining:
8 dragon ingots can be crafted into a dragon chestplate using the same recipe as in a leather tunic, replacing the leather with dragon ingots.
Usage:
It has the same durability and armor points of a diamond chestplate, but any endermen in a 16 block ratio of its user will be peaceful towards them and attack hostile mobs. They become neutral again when they leave this area.
Craftings:
A dragon chestplate can be crafted with another dragon chestplate in order to get one with higher durability. It can also be placed in an anvil with a dragon ingot to repair it. This follows the same rules of diamond chestplate fixing.
Dragon Leggings:
Obtaining:
7 dragon ingots can be crafted into dragon leggings using the same recipe as in leather pants, replacing the leather with dragon ingots.
Usage:
They have the same durability and armor points of diamond leggings, but they allow its user to teleport 100 blocks in the direction they're looking (Only north, south, west or east) If there's a solid block in the place the player is supported to teleport to, then the player teleports to the nearest empty space from that place. This ability is activated by pressing the "P" key while wearing the leggings, and it can only be used once each in-game day.
Craftings:
Dragon leggings can be crafted with other dragon leggings in order to get ones with higher durability. It can also be placed in an anvil with a dragon ingot to repair it. This follows the same rules of diamond leggings fixing.
Dragon Boots:
Obtaining:
4 dragon ingots can be crafted into dragon boots using the same recipe as in leather boots, replacing the leather with dragon ingots.
Usage:
They have the same durability and armor points of diamond boots, but it allows its user to teleport to the obsidian platform in the End, no matter in what dimension they are. This ability is activated by pressing the "L" key while wearing the boots.
Craftings:
Dragon boots can be crafted with other dragon boots in order to get ones with higher durability. It can also be placed in an anvil with a dragon ingot to repair it. This follows the same rules of diamond boots fixing.
Dragon Sword:
Obtaining:
2 dragon ingots and 1 stick can be crafted into a dragon sword using the same recipe as in a wooden sword, replacing the wooden planks with dragon ingots.
Usage:
It has the same durability and extra damage of a diamond sword, but it teleports any entity it hits 3 blocks up from where it is.
Craftings:
A dragon sword can be crafted with another dragon sword in order to get one with higher durability. It can also be placed in an anvil with a dragon ingot to repair it. This follows the same rules of diamond sword fixing.
Dragon Tools:
Dragon Pickaxe:
Obtaining:
3 dragon ingots and 2 sticks can be crafted into a dragon pickaxe using the same recipe as in a wooden pickaxe, replacing the wooden planks with dragon ingots.
Usage:
It has the same durability, effectiveness and extra damage of a diamond pickaxe, but it can mine bedrock making it drop 1 bedrock shard in 1 minute (You can´t still get to the void, as the bedrock is replaced by dragonrock).
Craftings:
A dragon pickaxe can be crafted with another dragon pickaxe in order to get one with higher durability. It can also be placed in an anvil with a dragon ingot to repair it. This follows the same rules of diamond pickaxe fixing.
Dragon Axe:
Obtaining:
3 dragon ingots and 2 sticks can be crafted into a dragon axe using the same recipe as in a wooden axe, replacing the wooden planks with dragon ingots.
Usage:
It has the same durability, effectiveness and extra damage of a diamond axe, but it has a special effect. (I don't know what could it be yet)
Craftings:
A dragon axe can be crafted with another dragon axe in order to get one with higher durability. It can also be placed in an anvil with a dragon ingot to repair it. This follows the same rules of diamond axe fixing.
Dragon Shovel:
Obtaining:
1 dragon ingot and 2 sticks can be crafted into a dragon shovel using the same recipe as in a wooden shovel, replacing the wooden planks with dragon ingots.
Usage:
It has the same durability, effectiveness and extra damage of a diamond shovel, but, when left-click is pressed while in hand, it will create an ender pearl moving in the direction the player is looking at.
Craftings:
A dragon shovel can be crafted with another dragon shovel in order to get one with higher durability. It can also be placed in an anvil with a dragon ingot to repair it. This follows the same rules of diamond shovel fixing.
Bedrock Shard:
Obtaining:
When bedrock is mined with a dragon pickaxe for a minute, it drops 1 bedrock shard (It is still impossible to reach the Void, as the bedrock is replaced by dragonrock.
Craftings:
8 bedrock shards can be crafted into a bedrock chestplate using the same recipe as in a leather tunic, replacing the leather with bedrock shards.
Well, one day I was thinking about Minecraft not having an end To clarify, it's not supposed to have an End. Theres a difference to adding an End, and adding End-game items, and even that has it's faults. You can kill the Ender Dragon or the Wither, but after this there's always something else to build, craft or mine There is A LOT more to do than just build, craft, or mine after you have defeated the Ender Dragon.
Generation:
When a dragon egg is placed on top of a beacon, with non-flowing lava at its sides, a hugeexplosion particle is produced By Huge Explosion, do you mean an actual explosion?, surrounding the structure while the dragon egg disappears and a heated dragon egg is produced in its place.
You want to add an unbreakable block into Survival Mode? That's worse than having Bedrock or Barriers achievable. Blocks that cannot be destroyed isn't necessary, and would lead to a number of problems. Such as being trapped.
This makes Potions obsolete, and could go against what 1.9 is trying to do.
By the time you have already defeated the Ender Dragon, I wouldn't really see any reason to befriend a hostile mob once you have achieved much strength without these OP items.
To be used once each day, I don't really see how this could even be affected. Sure you could use it as a means of travel or escape, but after you do that, you would be in more of a pickel than before, since you can only use it once each day. A Day isn't short, but neither is it long.
This is as bad as knockbacking opponents and running to them to deal more damage. How would I be expected to defeat opponents if this mechanic places them away from my grasp?
OK guys, I know this may bother you but I'm really tired and I need to sleep so I'll continue with this tomorrow. Bye!
Responses in bold, overall these items are extremely OP in various ways. The Dragonrock is basically obtainable Bedrock, and having an item that is practically indestructible will lead to more problems than 'solutions'. The Dragon tier sounds unnecessary and overpowered, and to some extent can go against what 1.9 is trying to avoid doing, making things unbalanced. No tier should be as powerful, or more powerful than Diamond, and this tier is more powerful than Diamond. Diamond is the maximum tier, and should stay the maximum tier. To conclude, theres nothing really missing in the End of Minecraft, as there technically is no End. There are many things to do. I'm also not saying you shouldn't make End-game features or items, but that they are heavily challenging to make. These End game items have very little chance, and are extremely OP.

No support.
Thanks for replying!
hugeexplosion is only a particle effect, that appears when you defeat the Ender Dragon, dragonrock is supposed to be unobtainable and the dragon sword teleports mobs 3 blocks up in the air causing fall damage, it never places them away from your grasp. The other things you mentioned are right, and I will consider them.
hugeexplosion is only a particle effect, that appears when you defeat the Ender Dragon,
Thanks for clarifying that.
dragonrock is supposed to be unobtainable.
Then why did you state, and I quote: "When a bedrock block is mined with a dragon pickaxe during a whole minute without stopping, the bedrock block is replaced by a dragonrock block." If it's not supposed to be obtainable, why can it be harvested anyway with an achievable item? I also forgot to clarify, destroying Bedrock should not happen, as Bedrock blocks off the Void, the thing we shouldn't open and fall down in. If there is something I am misinterpreting please state.

I definitely made a mistake by posting this without completing the suggestion, sorry. The bedrock is replaced by a dragonrock block, which won't let the player get to the Void, but neither bedrock or dragonrock ever gets to the player's inventory. And...
There are some things I have an issue with. Why would I want to get an achievable item that only replaces one block? It doesn't really have a use. Sure more customation on your worlds' end. But it wouldn't be worth it.
The armour seems pretty OP if you ask me. It can make Enderman in a 15 block raidus attack other mobs. (What happens in the end? Or when an enderman WALKS OUT of that area?)
Also, the Heated Egg doesn't really have any use.
No Support aka my name
yes, the dragonrock is completely useless because (sorry again) this post isn't finished.
You can only get 9 dragon ingots in the entire game, so you can't make a full set of armor. Remember, a heated dragon egg does have a use, it drops 9 dragon ingots, and you can't get more than one heated dragon egg.
I wasn't clear on this one. The endermen will become neutral again if they leave the 16 block ratio, and so they will only protect the player from mobs inside this ratio.
I admit I was irresponsible by leaving this unfinished, I'll complete it as soon as possible.
I was originally going to post that, until you came around.....
Another major problem that slipped through my mind is the OP's vagueness. If your suggestion is unfinished and you don't have the time to complete it for whatever reason, don't post it until it's fully complete. It leads to vagueness and confusion, and all in all is just lazy.
In a very long-term survival mode game, these items would be obtained, used up/lost, and then the world would revert back to a state akin to that in which the update never existed in the first place. So overall, this feature wouldn't have a huge effect on in-game worlds. It would be fun for a little while after the bosses were chopped up, but then, the player is forced back into a state of decreased power, which sucks. Anyway, have you ever gone onto a dumb little server wherein some players just ran around with hacked-in full diamond gear killing mobs and/or players? Yeah, if this feature were added, they'd probably be running around with full dragon gear that, of course, that they hacked in. Could you imagine how annoying that would be? Nothing about this idea really appeals to me; I don't think there should ever be a resource in Minecraft that's consumable, finite, and rare.

If there are servers where players hack stuff in to kill people, the admins must be really bad at their job.
As for the idea, this seems OP, and the items obtained are very limited and exclusive, why even have this? No Support

You're not wrong. I oftentimes play on backwater Anarchy servers, so this is probably why I encounter the issue to which I earlier referred. In any case, my point was that it makes a problem (albeit an uncommon one for most players) considerably worse.
Well, one day I was thinking about Minecraft not having an end. You can kill the Ender Dragon or the Wither, but after this there's always something else to build, craft or mine. Even when the beacon is quite useful, I think the Dragon Egg and the Beacon could have some extra unique uses, to spice up the player's Minecraft life after defeating the bosses, so here is what I suggest:
Even when adding all this stuff you can continue playing Minecraft...
The New Stuff:
(The images below are only to give you an idea of how an item would look like, but I don't think they would be the definitive textures)
Heated Dragon Egg:
Obtaining:
The heated dragon egg is unobtainable in survival mode. The item, I am guessing... You should clarify this, as it causes confusion. (or at least to me)
Generation:
When a dragon egg is placed on top of a beacon, with non-flowing lava at its sides, a hugeexplosion particle is produced, surrounding the structure while the dragon egg disappears and a heated dragon egg is produced in its place. The beacon block, or the Whole fully activated beacon with a diamond pyramid under it?
Drops:
The heated dragon egg can only be destroyed by mining it with a diamond or dragon pickaxe. It breaks after 4.5 seconds and drops 9 dragon ingots. I don't know how you change egg shell into ingots... But it's alright I guess.
Dragonrock:
Obtaining:
Dragonrock is unobtainable in survival mode. AS AN ITEM...
Seems fair enough.
Witch encounter is nothing now... And it is as strong as diamond... Eh... I am in between of opness and okness.
Craftings:
A dragon helmet can be crafted with another dragon helmet in order to get one with higher durability. It can also be placed in an anvil with a dragon ingot to repair it. This follows the same rules of diamond helmet fixing. I like how you actually pointed this unneccesary fact out... It still applies... What am I even saying...
Ok. First of all, If I already aggro'd the Enderman, will it turn Peacful? This isn't good. If it turns Peaceful, you can kill it without it fighting back, possibly creating really cheap Enderman farms. And if I get 200 Endermen in a pvp faction server I immedietly become god.
So you can't precicely indicate where you will appear... Hmmmm But you said you teleport 100 blocks in that direction. Or at least until it has found an air space. So If I make a Reeeeeally long Block thing... I can teleport through that in an instant. Whoa...
Nice... But... Eh... Idk.
Upwards... So half a heart extra damage... Wouldn't this be kind of annoying? But in 1.9 if in the time the mob falls the sword recharges... Oooooh...
If I was digging I wouldn't want this...
Soooooooo... What's next?
Responses in bold.
I want to know. Putting 2 tools in the crafting box fixes it rght? don't tell me it adds to the durability... That is OP.
And please add up to the bedrock shards.
1. These items are overpowered, and their powers are arbitrary. It's nice that you're thinking outside the box and coming up with new mechanics instead of just more powerful and durable items. However, these mechanics just don't fit how other items work in the game, plus they reduce the challenge. Always a bad thing.
2. You can only make a limited amount of them. Repairing is not a problem. The Mending enchantment fixes that. But it still doesn't change how there are only nine ingots. Why would you not make a pickaxe anyways, when that can give you bedrock armor, which I'm assuming is indestructible?
It's nice that you're not copy/pasting existing concepts, but you need some sort of internal logic. This doesn't have any other than "I want more."
-"Mine the Heated Dragon Egg to get a Dragon Ingot to make a Dragon Pickaxe, then mine bedrock with it to get Dragonrock. Don't forgot to make some Dragon Dragon while you're at it (PS: Dragon)".
-The fact that destroying bedrock with a Dragon Pickaxe, only to have it reappear in a new form, makes little sense, and almost forces middle grounds in order to prevent the Void from being accessed.
-The Dragon Tier of Armor/Tools doesn't provide the "endgame" you said it would. It just makes you OP.
-You waste your non-renewable Dragon Egg trophy in order to do all this.
-The Dragon Ingots are non-renewable, and you don't even have enough to make a full Armor/Tool set.
Also, am I the only one who has a problem with the player being forced to mine one block for an entire minute? Does that not sound incredibly tedious to anyone else?

Dragonrock:
Obtaining:
Dragonrock is unobtainable in survival mode.
Generation:
When a bedrock block is mined with a dragon pickaxe during a whole minute without stopping, the bedrock block is replaced by a dragonrock block. What is the point of this? Literally what is the point?
Drops:

This ability is activated by pressing the "P" key while wearing the leggings, and it can only be used once each in-game day. Holy crap. You're pulling numbers out of your butt, aren't you? INCREDIBLY unbalanced.

We don't need anymore Armor and Weapon tiers. Especially not ones as OP as this.
Introduction:
Well, one day I was thinking about Minecraft not having an end. You can kill the Ender Dragon or the Wither, but after this there's always something else to build, craft or mine. But I always thought there was an issue with this. Even when the beacon is quite useful, I think the Dragon Egg and the Beacon could have some extra unique uses, to spice up the player's Minecraft life after defeating the bosses, so here is what I suggest:
The New Stuff:
(The images below are only to give you an idea of how an item would look like, but I don't think they would be the definitive textures)

Thanks for clarifying that.
And...
yes, the dragonrock is completely useless because (sorry again) this post isn't finished.
Responses in bold.
I want to know. Putting 2 tools in the crafting box fixes it rght? don't tell me it adds to the durability... That is OP.
And please add up to the bedrock shards.
But for now... Partial support.
My Scroll.
There are two problems:
If you are planning to make a suggestion, please read this.
If you want to know more, you can read this.
For those who complain about post-Beta generation, you might want to see this.
I see many flaws in this idea:
-The Bedrock Armor is vague with no detail.
-The Dragon Armor/Tools are very overpowered.
No Support.
Also, am I the only one who has a problem with the player being forced to mine one block for an entire minute? Does that not sound incredibly tedious to anyone else?
We don't need anymore Armor and Weapon tiers. Especially not ones as OP as this.
Well, it is a good idea. I'll make a mod about it to test it.
