There should be snorkels in Minecraft that help you breathe under water here is the crafting grid:
<---- This would be where you breathe out
<--- This would be where you can look under water

I am sorry but I have seen alot of these and i added this so it would be more common and Notch would see it and add it. oceancraft is a nice post by the way
