/mobGriefing already stops Creepers from exploding blocks, and I could have sworn there was one for TNT already. It's a reasonable idea, but it ruins it for players who want to use TNT in a non-griefing. Though I guess it's worth it to not have some idiot blow a new window in your wicked no-girls-allowed castle.

I like where this is going, but think a slightly different approach could be used:
/gamerule explosionsBreakBlocks. Will prevent griefers with TNT, Creepers or ender crystals from damaging the land, without interfering with the annoying aspects of mob griefing which disables villager farming.
Disables Fire, Tnt Explosions And Creeper Explosions
:] The FireTick gamerule stops fire spread and fire from destroying things. It just sits there. Now for creeper explosions, Use MobGriefing gamerule. As for TnT... Why do we need it again?
Good Thing & Bad Thing:
Good: Makes Survival Easier How would this help single player and if your on multiplayer, there are plug-ins for anti-grief.
Bad: Can't Craft TNT I recall you saying "No TnT Explosions" In the last spoiler. Why can't you craft it!

I suppose a separate gamerule to prevent non-mob explosions (such as TNT, TNT carts, and beds in the Nether) from damaging terrain would be nice to have. It would be particularly good for those server owners, since it would help prevent griefing.
I like the general concept, but you seriously need to straighten out your post and make it actually readable.
Why is TNT entirely removed? That makes no sense at all; I presume that creepers are also removed because there's no point in having creepers if they can't explode. And what about existing TNT in chests, inventories, or on the ground? Are those also removed? What about beds in the End and Nether (I presume you just get a "can't sleep" message)?
Why not just prevent explosions from destroying blocks, just like mobGriefing, but for all types of explosions? And for TNT add a data value that prevents it from exploding, sort of like how a data value of 1 enables a player to set it off by breaking it, which would be useful in custom maps that use TNT as decoration (you can still ignite TNT in Adventure mode, and other explosions will set if off).
Also, there is already a gamerule that disables fire spread (not fire itself); doFireTick (since you also mentioned fire; some explosions cause fires but you didn't specify).

I would support this if it didn't use all of the other stuff just tnt. Also I'm confused. Does it disable tnt explosions or just make them not break blocks. If it just makes them not break blocks that that would be nice for some sort of minigame.
What it Does:
Disables Fire, Tnt Explosions And Creeper Explosions

WHY U NO BE NICE!!!!!!!!!!!! XDDD
For fire, do /doFireTick, specifically for TNT, I support, as there is no way this could be stopped, only with plugins (I think?)
This Might be True! So I Might Delete This Topic

Fire prevention is already a rule as said before

I'm withholding any support for now.
What Are you talking about?
Thanks!
This can easily be done with a redstone clock (Or repeating command blocks in 1.9)

TheMasterCaver's First World - possibly the most caved-out world in Minecraft history - includes world download.
TheMasterCaver's World - my own version of Minecraft largely based on my views of how the game should have evolved since 1.6.4.
Why do I still play in 1.6.4?

Partial support.
