Earlier this year, Youtuber/Minecraft Mumbo Jumbo conjured his own little April Fools prank on the community by saying Mojang "added" Blue (Red) Stone wire, by using lapis on the redstone to change it to blue stone, a completely new wire that would make a great addition to the redstone mechanics.
What are your thoughts on this Idea? Credit to Mumbo that the new blue stone wire would definitely make it intriguing but what does the community think about it.
I personally would like to see Bluestone, What about you?
I would expect this idea to have come up, but this is most recent by a hermitcrafter and through his video he gives a great idea, personally using lapiz to make the redstone into bluestone is already quite odd but the idea of finding multi-coloured redstone ore (Red and blue) might make it interesting, instead of 3-5 pieces of redstone, you will get possibly 2 blue and 3 red, depending on the gaming mechanics. I should have added this to the first post.... I am a noob lol

Colored redstone has already been suggested:

Over a year since last post. It is not active. This thread is aloud.
This idea is however very over suggested.
Its not a very bad idea but one of the challenges of redstone is that you have to space management.
I feel that if this was added it would remove too much of the challenge.
No support.
