Please be specific on what you think should be added. For example, if you say, "I think a swat mode should be added." then not explain what you should w swat mode game variant should be, then please rethink you post. On the subject of maps, if you think theres a specific theme a map should be set to (jungle, marsh, etc.), please make a comment. Just really state anything you think would be fun to add that would improve gameplay. Be creative! Please do not comment on sdk's gun mod and how to improve it, or vehicles.

Maybe let those who wanna build the maps, get teleported out from the map, and build it some where else? So we can choose, what game modes we wanna play :smile.gif:
For an example: I'm playing normal Team DM, but getting bored, so I use /warp NadeMadness and get teleported to the Nade Madness map, where I can play that instead. This will however require a mod, to remove everything in your inventory, when teleporting.
Well you see, i would need a fairly large user base to do that effectivly. If a lot of people join then i will definantly do that. We already have 21 people subscribing to the ranking system, and the server isnt even up yet! I like the idea, here

you could always have the warp system up, with the destruction of the players inventory...so the player could use something like:
/warp main
that would teleport you outside of the fight area...where there would be a bulliten board showing what map was active on the server, and the rules for it.
but then have a mod on the server called server port, that would look like a nether portal, but actually take you to a different server, running all of the same stuff, but with a different active map and bulliten board.

Idea 1, Search and Destroy:
Team 1: Got 1 TNT, which they'll have to place some where on the map. They only got 1 TNT, and if the person with it dies, the team will have to pick it up.
Team 2: Have to defend the place. Cannot pick the TNT up (possible a mod to do so?), and once the TNT is armed, they'll have to defuse it somehow.
Maybe there is a mod, to make the TNT have a longer time before blowing up, so the other team can defuse the TNT, with another mod?
yes, i agree with the, team 2 cant pick the tnt up. But i think there shouldnt be a way to defuse it. I think it should blow up regardless,( people have guns, its gona be hard enough to get into the building to destroy it) but possibly have the game mode be:
Set time: 5 minutes
(5 minutes for team 1 to blow up team 2's buildings)
Beggining time: 2 minutes
(2 minutes for team 2 to build X number of buildings [maybe like 3])
After 2 minutes, team 1 goes after the team 2's buildings, but the person with the tnt CANT have weapons. (so when you pick tnt up, its set as your active item, and you cant change it) While everyone esle is playing normally.
Points:
5 for blowing up target block(s)
+2 extra for each kill from the explosion
i really like the TNT rush that TDx2 came up with as well as the grenade madness the modifications for TNT rush that sorag came up with is interesting i'm not sure about the multiple building thing i think that would be more complex than necessary why the extra buildings easier to defend one and better fortified if you spend all your time building it. i do like the fact that you cant defuse it or you could make a series of buttons or levers like 4 or 5 that a team member could randomly pick to have a chance to disarm it since you wouldn't have a bomb disposal guy there and it could be kind of like pull the yellow, red, or blue or green wire and see what happens. Other wise its kind of like every one is just staring at the bomb. on to TDx2 3 idea the beach rush i really like it but first the problem with turrets is they don't recognize other players as targets also there should be a set number of times the invaders can re-spawn other wise how do the defenders win?
User please state why this would ruin the game and play like that uncivilized game CoD.

King of the hill: a designated location is the hill, a player occupies the hill and earns points for doing so, at the end of the game the player with the most points wins. there can only be one king at a time.

My Idea
Gun Crafting
-Though each gun comes standard as one thing or another, you can mix and match them to change the way they work
-Barrel-Forces a gun to go short, mid or long range
-body-Body Depicts if a weapon will be single shot, Burst or Full auto
-magazine holder-Depicts what the gun will be firing
-Bottom Rails-Alternate Single Shot Weapon, requires a Barrell and
Depending on where you put a weapon on the crafting, it will change the outcome of the crafted weapon
-Top Left-Body-firing Rate
-Bottom Left-Magazine Holder-The ammo type
-Top Right-Barrel
-Bottom Right-Rails (optional) (requires an premade weapon, but forces single shot)
If you make it 3x3 also could include scope or gunbutt
this would be a good use of Weapons that you find through out the area and makes the game alot more dynamic.
-Making Weapons that are naturally "Worthless" Possibly "Carry" weapons that you carry around with you just to eventually use in crafting. While very strong weapons would not be prime targets of weaponry.
Example-Flamethrower and laser Guided Rocket launcher, After Using up Laser Guided Ammo, can use the Long Range barrel for the Flamethrower (automatic sniping fire)
Didn't really think this one through too much
-Each weapon is catagorized in one of three ways
Short Range-Effective short range however has poor accuracy, can be used moderately long range
mid range-has reasonable accuracy but a negative to make it a risky weapon
Long Range-has Great Spread but horribly risky
Projectile Types
-Fire-Does Splash and deals damage when walked over lasts a on the ground for a while. however deals damage over time making you still vulnerable will killing off someone, also causes smoke
--Short to Long-Short automatically causes a wave of flames, Mid has initial bullet that explodes on impact or max distance, Long range Maintains bullet till long range
-Explosive-has splash, knockback and massive damage
--Short to long-Each shot is single with a moderate projectile speed, Shorter range has less Reload time however follows gravity arch, midrange has medium reload time and goes straight, long range is laser guided and long reload
-Pellets-Shotguns
--Short to Long-Short does More damage however more Spread, Long does less damage but less spread
-Bullet
--Short to Long-Short Has Full auto but low accuracy, mid has burst and mid accuracy, Long has single shot but high accuracy.
Also Making ammo Able to be turned into grenades through Crafting, 4 ammo for grenade, 4 grenades for stationary (Are mainly for traps, Incindiary Fog, TNT, Claymores, not sure)
Types of Grenades (Besides Utility), Fire, Concussive (Knock back), Frag/Pellet, Shards (Only a few projectiles are created on impact, but each does significant damage, they also ricochet)
In this way, giving a player time can lead to their advantage, while Keeping the pressure on be more effective for elimination. Also A player can Take a Gamble, create 3 grenades or save 12 bullets they might need later on? these types of decisions can make or break a game

From videos I've seen, it seems like the gameplay is very open ended. I'm hoping you'll eventually establish a more controlled environment instead of a free for all

General Things
I'd like a run button, I like the idea of fast motion being a limiter since you cannot fire, but I like fast paced games
Melee Combat
it can be hard to pull off, But stun and knockback is my idea of an effective melee strategy.
I didn't like how Halo Turned into Rockem Sockem Robots, Nor making Melee Do meh damage like in Team fortress 2. If you make melee a free gamble, Where you have a free chance to take out your opponent, it will be more skill based.
I like the idea formula1 but i dont think it will work to do it we would have to make it so the guns could be broken down into their component pieces and you would have to be able to craft. plus it means that everyone will have amazing weapons which is cool but not useful have in a shot gun that can shoot long range makes the rifles useless and at the same time if you can customize it in game everyone just makes whats beat for them and then when you die you loose that weapon and everyone else has awesome weapons and your out gunned. However your idea gave me an idea and one of the perks could be a customizable that you can ask for but again that would require a lot of work. the same with the projectile types very unbalancing the grenades might be possible ill have to check. But the bullets idea i like but might not be doable and you would still need to be able to craft plus you can simply go find some grenades. yes we need more map types we are working on that. I agree with you on the run button but i might not be possible since the game has no run function to begin with. But i didnt understand what you meant with your comment on melee? could you elaborate for me?

Well you see, i would need a fairly large user base to do that effectivly. If a lot of people join then i will definantly do that. We already have 21 people subscribing to the ranking system, and the server isnt even up yet! I like the idea, here
take this sponge:
you could always have the warp system up, with the destruction of the players inventory...so the player could use something like:
/warp main
that would teleport you outside of the fight area...where there would be a bulliten board showing what map was active on the server, and the rules for it.
but then have a mod on the server called server port, that would look like a nether portal, but actually take you to a different server, running all of the same stuff, but with a different active map and bulliten board.

yes, i agree with the, team 2 cant pick the tnt up. But i think there shouldnt be a way to defuse it. I think it should blow up regardless,( people have guns, its gona be hard enough to get into the building to destroy it) but possibly have the game mode be:
Set time: 5 minutes
(5 minutes for team 1 to blow up team 2's buildings)
Beggining time: 2 minutes
(2 minutes for team 2 to build X number of buildings [maybe like 3])
After 2 minutes, team 1 goes after the team 2's buildings, but the person with the tnt CANT have weapons. (so when you pick tnt up, its set as your active item, and you cant change it) While everyone esle is playing normally.

Gun Crafting
-Though each gun comes standard as one thing or another, you can mix and match them to change the way they work
-Barrel-Forces a gun to go short, mid or long range
-body-Body Depicts if a weapon will be single shot, Burst or Full auto
-magazine holder-Depicts what the gun will be firing
-Bottom Rails-Alternate Single Shot Weapon, requires a Barrell and
Depending on where you put a weapon on the crafting, it will change the outcome of the crafted weapon
-Top Left-Body-firing Rate
-Bottom Left-Magazine Holder-The ammo type
-Top Right-Barrel
-Bottom Right-Rails (optional) (requires an premade weapon, but forces single shot)
If you make it 3x3 also could include scope or gunbutt
this would be a good use of Weapons that you find through out the area and makes the game alot more dynamic.
-Making Weapons that are naturally "Worthless" Possibly "Carry" weapons that you carry around with you just to eventually use in crafting. While very strong weapons would not be prime targets of weaponry.
Example-Flamethrower and laser Guided Rocket launcher, After Using up Laser Guided Ammo, can use the Long Range barrel for the Flamethrower (automatic sniping fire)
Didn't really think this one through too much
-Each weapon is catagorized in one of three ways
Short Range-Effective short range however has poor accuracy, can be used moderately long range
mid range-has reasonable accuracy but a negative to make it a risky weapon
Long Range-has Great Spread but horribly risky
Projectile Types
-Fire-Does Splash and deals damage when walked over lasts a on the ground for a while. however deals damage over time making you still vulnerable will killing off someone, also causes smoke
--Short to Long-Short automatically causes a wave of flames, Mid has initial bullet that explodes on impact or max distance, Long range Maintains bullet till long range
-Explosive-has splash, knockback and massive damage
--Short to long-Each shot is single with a moderate projectile speed, Shorter range has less Reload time however follows gravity arch, midrange has medium reload time and goes straight, long range is laser guided and long reload
-Pellets-Shotguns
--Short to Long-Short does More damage however more Spread, Long does less damage but less spread
-Bullet
--Short to Long-Short Has Full auto but low accuracy, mid has burst and mid accuracy, Long has single shot but high accuracy.
Also Making ammo Able to be turned into grenades through Crafting, 4 ammo for grenade, 4 grenades for stationary (Are mainly for traps, Incindiary Fog, TNT, Claymores, not sure)
Types of Grenades (Besides Utility), Fire, Concussive (Knock back), Frag/Pellet, Shards (Only a few projectiles are created on impact, but each does significant damage, they also ricochet)
In this way, giving a player time can lead to their advantage, while Keeping the pressure on be more effective for elimination. Also A player can Take a Gamble, create 3 grenades or save 12 bullets they might need later on? these types of decisions can make or break a game

From videos I've seen, it seems like the gameplay is very open ended. I'm hoping you'll eventually establish a more controlled environment instead of a free for all

General Things
I'd like a run button, I like the idea of fast motion being a limiter since you cannot fire, but I like fast paced games
Melee Combat
it can be hard to pull off, But stun and knockback is my idea of an effective melee strategy.
I didn't like how Halo Turned into Rockem Sockem Robots, Nor making Melee Do meh damage like in Team fortress 2. If you make melee a free gamble, Where you have a free chance to take out your opponent, it will be more skill based.
