My Chocolate idea.
I was going to make a thread like this but you Ninj'ad me.
Heals 6 hearts. Obviously, coco beans have been removed but I'm sure they will be back.
Chocolate can be melted in a furnace to make chocolate syrup which can be placed on ice-cream to increase the number of hearts ice-cream heals by 2.
Great idea! I'll add it to the OP when I get home. You had an image and everything!
Thanks! The image isn't the best though. May need a redo.
Minecraft needs more food.
Maybe cow have a 50% chance of dropping beef, Sheep 50% chance of dropping Lamb, Chicken meat...
Just for more interesting flavours. ;D
I'm pretty sure that there's already a topic on that. I made the OP using only stuff we already had... Good idea though.

When people ask you to have an open mind, they are actually telling you to "stop believing what you believe," and to "start believing what I believe."
History never repeats itself. Events never happen twice.
The powder meal is too underpowered do to the use of glowstone dust and sulphur.
I say it should heal 8 hearts, do to the rarity of the above.
PS:GetSatisfaction is the place where you place suggestions, requests and hacking warnings to notch.
The dusto bowl was actually meant to be a bit of a mock item, and I'm not sure wether it should heal an entire 8 hearts, maybe 5, or 5.5? Thanks for telling me what GetSatisfaction is btw, do I need to make an entirely new account for that?

Very nice ideas. I especially like the pie and cheese.

More Ocean Life: Kelp, Coral, Crabs and Jellyfish; Coconut Palm trees for beaches and islands. Terrain Generation Changes: Which biomes and world-building features are most in need of change?
A very nice suggestion, you must have put in a lot of work to make this. The only thing that I see illogical is recipe 15. I'm pretty sure sulphur isn't edible.

I know, its a mock food. However it would be funny if it was put in...
On another note, could anyone link me to 'getsatisfaction' or whatever? I can't find it. I'll probably post the thread once it hits 1,250 or so views.

<8>Meat Pie
... <8>
Eighth is pie. More specifically meat pie. This pie would give you 6 hearts, as it requires quite a bit of wheat. It is crafted by putting a piece of cooked meat in the center of the crafting table, and surround it with wheat on both sides, its top, and its topmost diagonal corners. Below it is a bowl to act as the pie tin. This food would be great at healing, but has a lot of ingredients that are required. The bowl is returned to you.
...
I think you could also add another use for apples, and have apple pie. You might be able to make the recipe 3 wheat and 3 apple/pork, to balance the realistic ratios with the visual building process.

I restrained myself from using apples since they can't be found in the main game without hacking...

Wow I like where this thread is going. not to be mean to the guy that suggested the monster foods, but Food ideas that use food materials in the game now are much more feasible and generally better.
I hope notch adds apples into the game soon. (I don't consider them in the game yet). They would be very useful for food items.

Thanks for the comment. I agree that apples aren't really "in the game" yet, thats why I didn't make any recipes with it :tongue.gif: But there are so many posibilities for it!

That would make sense, I'll definitely put it in if you get some more support. Any ideas on which foods?
