i don't believe Mojang has any intentions as of now to incorporate an official modpack (Which is what you are suggesting) into the official Minecraft Launcher. If you want to have an amazing, realistic looking Minecraft experience, download all of the mods you listed, and play it alone. Also, some computers that people run Minecraft on barely can scrape up 10 FPS, so adding all these mods would probably make it worse for more people. To continue my rant, nobody can just take a mod from 1.7.10 and instantly update it to 1.8. It takes coding work to adjust to the version changes, and not to mention that if Mojang updated mods for people, and threw them on their official launcher, they could be facing lawsuits from the mod owners.

Remember
Minecraft =/= Real Life
That's not how mods and versions work lad. Plus, all the mods you put in might cause lots and lots of lag, possibly rendering the game unplayable.
STOP MOD REPOSTS!!!
Here's a fanmade logo I made for Minecraft: Win10Ed:
