Heres a couple things they should add to a minecraft player tell me what you think..
so for someone like me with tons of stuff in my inventory i think a 3D packpack would help me alot. the backpack would help you keep some of your important items such as diamond diamond armor in a safe place. when you die you will not lose the backpack it always stays with you. the only way you will lose any item from your backpacks as if you take a item out and die with that item you will lose that item. im sure im not the only one with a full inventory 24/7 some people may think this is useful. another reason is say if you get raided that day and all your expensive stuff is in your bag you will not lose any expensive items you got if you keep it in the bag.
i think that would be amazing and maybe they should add it to 1.9 or something
who supports me?

97% of teenagers would cry if they saw Justin Bieber on top of a tower about to jump. If you're the 3% who is sitting there with popcorn screaming "DO A BACKFLIP", copy and paste this as your signature.
I don't know if you play on a server or single player, realms, etc. But if you're in charge of whatever it is you play on, you can use the command
/gamerule keepInventory true
and you will not lose your inventory when you die.
I wouldn't suggest this though, as I played with this as a game rule for a while and got too far in my game too fast. It became boring, and dying didn't really matter anymore.

some people do not have that command to use so im thinking of a 3D backpack thing that you can actually see on your back while your walking say you press p for pack you would see it open and then you can place stuff in it like a chest and i play all types of minecraft modes i would find it easy for me to store my stuff and know its safe

Shouldn't suggestions go in the suggestions forum?
And by the way I don't like the pack pack idea, and I also don't like keep inventory to be on. Knowing your items can never be lost means that other than loss of XP, there is no penalty for dying at all. This would remove the last bit of challenge from the game, I don't support this idea.
sorry im new to this website and i just thought it was a ok idea and i understand

As The_Strange_Traveler said, this would be overpowered, since it can keep items even if you die. You also gave no suggestion on what it would look like or how it would be crafted. No support.
i totally understand im sorry i tried

Ahh, the infamous redundant backpack idea returns once more. We already have this in the form of donkeys.

Yeah, that guy in the avatar is me. I'm *that* strange. It happens. Sometimes people act like that. Just go with it. I can offer help with suggestions even before you post them - NOT make your suggestions - but help you with them.
Firstly, your post is very vague, and that's not looked upon well in the suggestions part of the forums, so you should fix that. Secondly, as Broccoli_Monkey pointed at. Ender chest are already like back packs, mobile storage.
But, In my opinion I would love the idea of a backpack, but before I can support/not support your post please add more information to make it a valid suggestion thread, Until then. Ender Chest's all the way!

As other people have mentioned, there's already other ways to achieve the functionality of the suggestion without changing the game. Therefore, I feel the specific details of this idea would make a reasonable mod for the people that want it, but not something that belongs in vanilla.
Please read the rules before posting. This suggestion is vague. You haven't told us that anything about the crafting recipe, if you have it, or anything! Plus, you could replace this idea wth a ender chest and the suggestion would be redundant. It kinda is already redundant.
(This is also overpowered if this was ever added, so a none support)
Okay, and? That doesn't mean backpacks are a good idea.

This idea is redundant, overly suggested, and OP by how you put it. We already have donkeys that can be equipable with a chest, which is as useful as a backpack, and we also have EnderChests that allow you to access your items from any area and even dimensions as long as you have them full of items. And if you have ever done the game rule to keep your inventory, you can pretty much get things done faster and won't even have to worry about dying. Which is one problem with this backpack.

As for having more inventory space, I support... But this should not be kept after death. Partial Support.

This is vague. How would it be crafted? What would it look like? How many slots would this have? Would there be multiple types of backpacks?
This is also redundant. Please use the search bar before making a suggestion.
This is also OP. Keeping items upon death is unfair.
