I was enchanting some stuff and i thought "Hey, i dont think there are enough enchantments."
I was thinking and these are some of the enchantments i thought of:
Heavy Weight. Max Level: V. Effect: Reduces the amount of knockback you take from attacks. Goes On: Chestplate
Timber! Max Level: I. Effect: When cutting down a tree, all blocks above the log will also be destroyed. Goes on: Axe
Heat Touch. Max Level: I. Effect: When you mine gold or iron, it automaticly gets smelted so it comes in ingots. Goes on: Pickaxe
Little tweak with the fortune silk touch combination: It will combine both effects so it will drop 1-4 iron/gold ore with silk touch and fortune III
Note: Wave rider has the idea of Depth Strider but Wave Rider is when you are on TOP of the water, not at the water bed. Make since now? More ideas will come in soon, but not now.
1. Most are kind of different. For the ones that are "copycats" of potion effects, thats literally what it is supposed to be. Then it's useless.
2. What are megathreads? I never knew that was a thing. A megathread is basically a thread which attempts to cluster a large amount of people's suggestions in one thread. Why bother when people can just make their own?
If not allowed, mind as well lock this thread. Yes, it isn't allowed. I suggest reading the rules to make your time on the forums as pleasant as possible.
Funnily enough, I made pretty much this exact thread a long time ago. I have learned since then.

This enchantment is pretty terrible; knockback is a good thing (at a certain level, which is the default knockback of the player and mobs) since it knocks you out of reach of another one of your assailant's attacks. Reducing knockback you take might save you from getting knocked off of a cliff, but it'll make mobs much more lethal which is a bad thing for armor to have.
Timber! Max Level: I. Effect: When cutting down a tree, all blocks above the log will also be destroyed. Goes on: Axe
Eh, sure, although I'd rather see this become a default feature on iron/diamond axes (when right click is held down). Restricting a feature solely meant for convenience to the endgame is usually not a good thing.
Heat Touch. Max Level: I. Effect: When you mine gold or iron, it automaticly gets smelted so it comes in ingots. Goes on: Pickaxe
I suppose, although not many people are fond of this because it's allegedly OP since it reduces the need for fueling furnaces (even though fuel is borderline everywhere...)
Little tweak with the fortune silk touch combination: It will combine both effects so it will drop 1-4 iron/gold ore with silk touch and fortune III
You could very easily farm iron and gold by putting down an ore and Fortuning it back up to dupe it. Besides, Fortune and Silk Touch are incompatible, and you mechanically get the same effect without allowing ore duplication with Fortune combined with Heat Touch.
Overall none of these are really that original; knockback-reducing enchants and auto-smelt enchants have been suggested to death, and tree capacitor-esque things are also fairly common (although usually made a standard feature of the axe). No support.

Did something happen to you in your childhood to give you this unreasonable fear of rutabaga?
