I would see this biome as the most beautiful, probably most laggy biome in the game. I will admit that might be one of the flaws. Tropical rain forests are found in jungles with the same occurrence as mega spruce taiga is found in mega taiga, same size and everything.
The tropical rain forest will have more tall trees grouped together, the trees and the bushes will be slightly taller and more wicked-looking then the normal jungle. The tall trees will have more branches surrounding them and will be slightly less flatter on the top. Here is an example on how they will look:
Regular jungle tree:
Rainforest tree:
Regular jungle bush:
rain forest bush:
A new item that can only be found in tropical rainforests, "Strong vines." Strong vines look just like regular vines, Except they look twice as thick. They can be placed on celling's so you can climb them like monkey bars.
The tropical rain forest tree will be much taller then in the picture, I was trying to get the point through. Like I said, Tropical rain forests will be a rare occurrence, So It will not affect gameplay. You may think that jungles are already too crazy, But its not likely you will find one and crash your computer because of lag. I will support any opinions and suggestions that relates to this.

This is only a sub-biome, so your argument is invalid. It does not need a new block or entity. And if it causes major lag then just simply stay away from it. They will be vary rare anyways.

Mega Taigas are sub-biomes and have Podzol
Ice Spikes are sub-biomes and have Packed Ice
Deep Oceans are sub biomes and have Ocean Monuments and Prismarine and Guardians
Tropical Rainforests are sub-biomes and only cause lag My argument isn't so invalid now, is it?

Mega taigas are not sub-biomes. They are a general biome. Mega taiga hills, Mega spruce taiga, and redwood taiga M are sub-biomes. Just because some sub-biomes have additional blocks doesn't mean others don't. Savanna Is a general biome but has the sub-biome Savanna M, which does not have any additional blocks. Its just has higher height. Which also causes lag. So you can not say my suggestion has a problem with more lag because savanna M is already implemented, Which would be just as rare as a tropical rain forest. So yes, I just proved that your argument is INVALID.
Whether my reasoning is invalid or not, I still think it is a bit useless, and you avoided the fact that deeps oceans and ice spikes are sub-biomes and add new things to set them apart and make them worth looking for. Tropical Forest will just be that biome people randomly stumble upon and go 'Oh, I didn't know that was a thing...'
I'm not saying it's a bad suggestion, I'm just saying it needs something unique, something to draw people to look for it. Like I said, all it'll be is just a bigger, lag-causing jungle that most people without a high-end computer will avoid, and that just devoids the purpose of having it in the first place.
No support, i see no reason for me want to build or be in this biome slightly different looking trees and bushes cannot persuade me. considering they drop jungle saplings and add next to nothing in my honest opinion
Thanks for the honesty, but I belive you don't have a valid enough reason to not like it.
You also haven't given us a valid reason to like it either. As all of us have said, it's just a bigger, more lag-inducing version of the normal Jungle Biome. Strong Vines are just in the thread so you can tell people off if they there isn't a new block, not to actually give a new block with a good use that can be applied logically and be worth it.
If our logic to negative criticism is that we just don't have a reason not to like it even though I just listed some of them, then I guess you'll just get more and more negative feedback as you refuse to listen and truly improve your thread to make it something applicable in Minecraft that people actually want to see in-game. Just because you like it, doesn't mean everyone else does too.
Biomes don't have to add blocks. Taiga Hills, Desert M, Swamp M, Forest Hills, Jungle Hills - none of these add blocks. Even some really flashy biomes like Flower Forest don't add blocks. Actually most of the "xx hills" and special biomes don't add any blocks.
A biome that looks different adds to the variety and interest of the game.
Lag isn't an inherent problem. The Fastcraft mod pretty much eliminates the lag from complex biomes - even modded biomes substantially laggier than jungles.

Geographicraft (formerly Climate Control) - Control climate, ocean, and land sizes; stop chunk walls; put modded biomes into Default worlds, and more!
RTG plus - All the beautiful terrain of RTG, plus varied and beautiful trees and forests.
The fact that it's an M variant (basically) of an already-rare biome means that it'll be super rare. Lag issues with this biome would be similarly rare and easily-avoided.
Additionally, Draco, the three biomes you listed are all different things, and only Ice Spikes is really comparable to Tropical Rainforests. Mega Taigas are their own base biome, and Deep Oceans are a technical biome akin to [X]-hills (e.g. forest hills, desert hills, etc). Tropical Rainforests are an M biome, which is basically a slight variation of another existing base biome that may or may not have an M in the name (Birch Forest M does, Ice Spikes and Mesa Bryce do not). While Ice Spikes does add a new block, you completely fail to mention the many M biomes that do not (e.g. Swamp M, Birch Forest M, Taiga M, Mesa Bryce, etc). Basing your entire argument off of Ice Spikes having its own block and Tropical Rainforests not is silly when the game is filled with counterexamples.
(Random nitpicking: Zeno, flower forests do have their own blocks. I'm pretty sure Alliums only spawn there and nowhere else.)

Did something happen to you in your childhood to give you this unreasonable fear of rutabaga?
I like this idea. To solve the problem of lag, you could make the leaves "denser", and they would be solid with no transparency. To make this biome more unique, I suggest a few things. First, you could have this area have more fertile soil. Plants and trees would grow taller and at a faster rate, making it a perfect place for farming. Second, there should be the rain god temples. These would be giant epic temples praising the rain god. They would have tons of booby traps and loot inside. It would basically be like a normal jungle temple on steroids.
We can argue all day long about whether or not this is a sub biomes and what a sub biomes is and all that, but what really mattes is whether or not the Minecraft community will benefit from this.
Lets take a look at the details:
This biomes spoofs up the trees in the jungle, as well as the bushes. Not a ground breaking change but a change nonetheless. It isn't going to hurt anyone. It may cause more lag, so it may be avoided by select groups of people with slow computers, such as me.
It adds a new item called "strong vines", which allow us to climb around on our roofs. Again not a ground breaking change. While swinging around on my roof is an interesting idea, I don't really see the point or the useful implementation of the idea. I don't recall a time when I wished that I could swing around on my roof, and if I was in a very tall place that had a roof over it such as a cavern, I just build bridges across it. So I don't find a base need for the item. What this appears to be is something that the OP made so that the new biomes (or sub biomes depending on who you are) had a "useful" item that would make it appealing.
All in all I find no major flaws with this suggestion, but there is no real need or reason to implement this.
I politely cast a neutral vote on this suggestion.

This is the problem with people who comment on suggestions. They're too sensitive on how much a suggestion will affect gameplay. Yes, I do see your point though, If no one benefits fully from it then it shouldn't be implemented. But you guys don't think anything like mojang would think. Mojang isn't about improving minecraft so you get more things and advantages in survival. They are more about not spoiling the game.
For example, When they first introduced the mega taiga, they wanted a sub-biome to go with it. So they put in the mega spruce taiga. The mega spruce taiga didn't have any new items, or entities. Just more trees with more leaf blocks. The made it because they didn't care about the extra lag it caused, it was because it made the biome more unique and more abundant wild life-looking. Not so you have a more spoiled gameplay. That's why I was saying those who argued against the thread should have a more sensible reason why it shouldn't be implemented.

Mega Taigas are similar, but they add a new block; podzol, and allow you to get mossy cobblestone easier (although in 1.8 you can just craft them now)
