Alright. You don't have to get mad. But whether or not the boss is huge, 75 Iron Blocks is a bit... Much. Mine is one of those you-can-craft-and-fight midgame.
I see. It seems like a good boss, however snakes are not yet implemented into this suggestion. So because of this, the boss has no reason to be in the game. It is a good ides, but it doesn't fit. So maybe you could include something like snakes in Swamp biomes?
Spawn: a cave in any biome
Lair: a large square room with a small shrine made out of stone bricks at the far end. the floor would be made out of redstone ore (it glows when you walk on it)
Drop: shadow cloth
Appearance: the shade is transparent, like glass. it trails off at the feet, making it seem to have no legs. it has large eyes and a gaping mouth. it holds a scythe in each hand.
Entrance: when you walk close enough to the shrine the shade appears in a burst of purple particles, like the ones given off by a nether portal.
Special: when still the shade is completely invisible. it becomes visible if it attacks or moves.
Attacks:
Scythe slash: simple attack, knocks the player back.
Health Drain: a beam of gray particles shoots from its chest removing a heart from the player and giving it to the Shade every second.
Freezing Gaze: the shade will glow blue for one second. if the player looks at it during this time they become immobile for three seconds. if the player is already looking at the shade when it activates this attack they are pushed back 5 squares and done a small amount of damage.
Drop: shadow cloth. it could be crafted into armor with the same durability as leather, but to other players you would seem transparent, and to mobs you would be undetectable.(overpowered?)

After reading that I got 0% of it. Lemme read that again. Okay... This is what I got out of this:
Perhaps in the area the Kaiser Cobra appears, there could be new snake mobs with a prefix rattlesnake, the latter poisoning you when hit, the former is simply green whilst the latter is black and green, when you kill a Kaiser Cobra, you can encounter snake outside that area, they can only spawn at light level 7 and below like spiders, having a similar AI, snakes can drop snake meat which makes for a light snake when killed and snake skin which can be used as a substitute for leather but it halves a hostile mob's search range when surrounded by foliage, I also add that the kaiser cobra also drops 3-6 snake meat and 5-7 snake skins also you have to 'tan' the snake skin to be usable by putting it in a furnace and heating it.

His lair would be a pheonix nest found on a stone block over a lava pit). It can be found wherever a surface lava pit is found, and has a 1 of 10 chance of appearing). The nest is high enough for it to not be lit on fire. There are only 10 lairs in the map or less.
You summon him by dropping the nest into lava or lighting it on fire.
He drops 1 pheonix ashes upon death. You can right click with them in your hands to spawn another pheonix.
He looks like .
He appears by a worm crawling out of the ashes and then turning into a pheonix.
He has 4 attacks:
Wing slam has a range of 1 and deals 5 hearts of damage. He will do it if you get to close, but he won't go close to you to do it.
Wing Winds is an attack where he generates a gust of wind that pushes you back. It is pretty dangerous since you are near a lava pit.
Fire Breath is when he throws fire. It acts like a blaze, but only 1 fire.
Pecking beak is when he pecks on you. He can only do it when he is within 0.25 blocks from you. He will try to do this ONLY if he is within 3 blocks of you.
He can fly as fast as you.
He lets you craft fire. You craft it like this (replace the gold ingot with a blase rod, you get the bucket back):
You can place the fire or craft it into fire swords by making a sword with fire. The sword will do 3 hearts of damage and light the victim on fire. It has 97 durability, and you get 1 stick back (the fire is lost for good). You can also turn the fire into steam by crafting fire with a bucket of lava (you get the bucket back). Steam can power a furnace for 2 smelts, but won't be consumed (or make light) when not smelting. A block of fire can smelt for 1,200 seconds (a whole in game day).

Health: 50 per stage(in half hearts).
Arena: a wide circular(made of blocks in a circle shape) roof on a nether fort.
Start: go on the roof, a ton of blases start appearing in all directions, they group in the center and merge into the blase elemental. Then it becomes a blase warrior, and the battle begins.
Blase Warrior
It has a sword made of blase rods, this is how it fights and defends. It sets the ground it walks on on fire. It's 3hx2lx2w
Attack
Slash: It slashes with its sword, it has a delay before and after the attack, it has longer reach than you.(No cheap slashing 4 u!).
Stab: stronger than slash, and more reach, but easier to dodge.
Defense
Fast: very fast, but often pauses.
Direct attack: it's immune to any attacks but your sword.
Block: it moves its sword in front of your cursor, any hits to that sword do no damage, it has a slow reaction time to your movements, so if you are fast enough you can land a hit on its body.
Blase Wyvern
It moves very fast, and flies around in the distance, sometimes charging at you. Its fireballs don't damage terrain. It slows when it shoots. It's 2hx5lx4w
Attacks
Fireball: shoots a ghast fireball.
Slash: it aproaches to slash with its claw, this attack is to fast to hit, but can be avoided.
Blase Missiles: fires a few homing blase rods, they drop nothing and damage you on contact.
Blase Swarm
A swarm of 50 blase rods that want to kill you.
Attacks
Blase Missiles: fires 5 blase rods, like the ones from the wyvern stage. It repeats this attack 10 times and then there are none left, and the boss is defeated.
Rewards
It drops one of three items:
Blase sword: a sword with slightly more reach than normal and sets the target on fire, but it has a delay between hits.
Blase bow: a bow that fires blase missiles, it requires blase rods instead of arrows.
Blase scepter: a scepter that fires ghast fireballs. It has a charge similar to bow drawback.
The sword is crafted with 3 blase rods in a column, the bow is like bow with blase rods for sticks, the scepter is crafted with two blase rods and a ghast tear.
I like the multi-stage blaze boss but you should give some hints for defeating the wyvern and also, you say what's special about the blaze bow like it sets fire to struck enemies or it moves faster or slowly homes in on the target.
Blase missiles are described earlier in the post, they burn things and yes they home on targets, but their homing sucks.
Spawn: Nether Fortress.
No usual Nether Fortress, this one have chest with rare items inside. Appears on the bridge.
Behavior: If it falled from the bridge and ur on the bridge it will immidiately use hi-jump to the bridge. If u ran away it will automaticly follows u and when fighting this u cant use ur portal.
Specialty:It have 3 heads.
Left one will shoot fireball [simmiliar to ghast's] but with 30/20
Middle one will bite.
Right one doesnt spam its power, but have many and most of the Netherhound attacks.
Attacks: Fireball,the left one will shooots fireballs. Flamthrower, the left one will gonna breathing fire out of his mouth. Bite, the middle one will launch his mouth to you.ScreamIt will make growling sound and u move slower when its screaming leaving u vulnerable as it does not stop moving when it screams.Hellmud, the right one will breath brown particles and any blocks touching it will turn into a soul sand.
