My idea, is basically a sticky rail(s). This way, you would be able to make things like roller coasters go upside down or even straight down holes! This and many other things! This is basically what the rail itself would look like:

The green is of course the slime on the rails that allow you to stick to it. Please tell me what you think and anything I should add to the post! Thanks!

Technically rails are already sticky Because if you are gonig at a very fast speed in minecraft, and have a sudden drop, but still have rails, the cart stays on the rails. So to make this mod, all you have to do is make it so you can place rails in more positions, which, for a random modmaker, shouldnt be hard to do.

Support, but you should make the recipe yield less rails. As it stands, you get the same number of rails as the regular recipe, but costing only 4 iron instead of 6. Although you have to have slime balls, you use much less iron overall, allowing you to be more efficient using sticky rails, even on the ground.

smile balls/slimes are even harder to find then iron, so it is ok.
