Regardless of whether or not you're trying to do that, you are replying to your own thread near-constantly. Every once in a while, once you've stacked up a few new ideas, may be fine, but you should not be insuring that your own thread is near the top of the Suggestions Forum every hour. Especially if you're only telling everyone about minor additions.
For example, adding "Mob Subspecies" is an addition worthy of bumping. Specific subspecies are not.
I don't know how many people share the same view as me, but what I am saying is what seems to me the common combination of the forum rules about bumping and etiquette. I have seen no other suggestion where its creator constantly replies to it, even if they make many changes.
