I think logs should have gravity so you don't have to tower to chop the whole tree. Its really annoying. If you agree with me, vote "I agree" If you don't vote "Bad Idea" And post a comment explaining why.
Builds with logs would literately fall apart, and would no longer be constructable in situations where the logs would fall.
Generated Trees which branch off with logs (Jungle trees) or are angled with logs (Savannah trees) wouldn't be able to hold its structure any more.
Overall: The Cons outweigh the Pros to my knowledge so currently No Support.
However if you can counteract these cons somehow I'll reconsider.
One way that I can think of to counteract these cons is by making it so logs will only falls when their "disturbed".
To disturb a log you must break every block connecting (if any) to it on each of its 6 sides (think of it like sand that sticks). However this would not apply with generated Logs much like how gravity does not apply with generated Gravel most times.
With this implemented I might Support.
