Sometimes, when I'm trying to blow up something above me, I hate it when I light up the TNT, it always falls down to the bottom (if there's nothing to support the primed TNT). I'm suggesting that if you Shift-Click TNTs on any surface, it will stick to it when it's ignited. This is a way to prevent primed TNTs from being attracted by gravity.
This is my second suggestion (the first one, Potion Of Dispel got locked anyway), and I hope that you'll take your time to think about this idea. Thank you.

Did you use the search bar before posting? besides that, yes this idea would be usefull
I did, and I found out that I was the first one to talk about this idea. Anyway, most of the TNT suggestions are telling the developers to implement timed TNT, and that was too MAINSTREAM.
Imagine if TNTs are able to stick to walls and ceilings, they will be C4s.
no support, primed TNT is an entity, thats whay it falls, and its not hard to put a simple dirt block under to support itNot hard? There's only one condition that you CAN'T use a dirt block to support it. Here's an example:
X = Obsidian blocks S = Stone T = TNT
XXXXXSSSXXXXX
XXXXXXTXXXXXX
Obsidian has blast protection, that's why you can only blow up the stones, however, there's only 1 empty block in the middle, making a perfect spot to start a TNT. You said that primed TNT will fall, and you need a dirt block to support the primed TNT, so this is what will happen:
D = Dirt
XXXXXSSSXXXXX
XXXXXXTXXXXXX
D
Notice that the dirt block blocked you from starting your TNT?
The example you gave has a very simple solution: place a redstone torch on the dirt. It will power the block of obsidian above it, activating the tnt.
