A city/town biome would be much like a normal village, but its bigger and also has new buildings, and mobs. Some of the buildings would be, Schools, Mines (which would be pretty much a mineshaft but would have an entrance at the surface and would be in better condition), Castle (Which would have a room for like Kings, or queens etc. and maybe an armory inside), Barracks (pretty much just a place for soldiers to sleep), and maybe some other buildings. Now on to the new mobs, KING, (Would have 50 health ((25 hearts 25 health)) and if attacked would automatically have a gold sword and will attack you. Drops are crown and golden sword), QUEEN (exactly like king except instead of attacking you when you attack her/it ((:D)) would run away from you while the king would attack you, GUARD (has 20 health 10 hearts 10 health and wear iron armor, when attacked all the guards around will attack you. Drops are helmet and rarely will drop a slightly damaged iron sword, SERVANT (pretty muck a normal villager except with green clothes, same stats as normal villager), MINER (all black clothes and has golden helmet, drops are very damaged stone pick and rarely will drop gold helmet, same stats as normal villager), and then maybe a teacher, and a pastor.
Any other idea about this suggestion are much appreciated, peace out
I have to disagree with this because Minecraft is a natural game where you must survive. The Player, you, should have to build that city because it is your creativity.
However, I do have to say you did put some detail into this post. You went down to health specifications, what some of the features would look like so... Good job!

These are just villages on steroids, with some generic RPG/kingdom stuff taped to it. Minecraft isn't really about that, and these kind of suggestions are very old and tired. The game has had the "you're alone and there's very few humans" thing working well for it, and slapping in cities and guards just waters all of it down.
