You can't get the spawner with silk touch anymore. You need to use /give but that doesn't matter. What you were saying is one of the reason I want the hallway room. People just go in peaceful and come out unharmed. If Mojang added the hallway, then people won't always come out Scott free
Looting 3 is fine! Yeah, I'd say the loot is good then! (Maybe a couple of diamonds here or there for the greedy player, but the adventurous should have fun! :P)
EDIT: Not necessarily greedy, but you know what I mean. Wealth-seeking, etc.

I wanted this because I am an adventurous type. I love dungeons and strongholds. I'm in it for the adventure more than the loot. That's why I suggested this. Only 1 question, are YOU the adventurous type?

Yes, in Minecraft, there will be Survival, Adventure, Building and Mining aspects with their REAL means
And all of this aspect is being Upgraded Version after Version
If you want an Adventure, you didn't need to conquer an large size of building, you can go and explore the world within its limit (No, don't go that limit, just saying to Explore with limits)
And so, the latest version has combining these aspects with other aspects
Building with Mining
and Survival with Adventure
And the next version is adding more dungeon if you want to conquer, If you want to play it harder, try to change the sea water into lava
These were just MY suggestions, I said if any one had any more they should post them. I didn't only add a corridor. I added a library too. So clearly I don't think everyone is reading all of what I said.

One of the two Hallway Dispensers shoots a Nausea III splash potion, the other shoots a Splash potion of Poison II.
Within the main chamber, the Dispensers discharge Fire Charges.

What if they kept the normal dungeons (maybe made them more common), but also added dungeon complexes which would have dozens of different dungeons, with better loot. You could turn one into a giant mob farm.

I do like this idea. Although, a simple, small dungeon has several large benefits:
-Endless XP
-Decent loot
-Another aesthetic block (before 1.8)
The big benefit is the XP. Having the XP gets you better weapons, tools, and armor. Also, you can get some nice loot as well. Sometimes simple is all we need. Strongholds are basically bigger dungeons, so I think dungeons COULD stay the way they are. Some small changes should be made though.
