I just had an idea for a new Update called the 'Out of this world!' Update. In this update, you will figure out there is more than just your world to discover. How will you know more worlds exist? That's where the telescope comes in. With the telescope, you can discover stars, planets, or maybe an asteroid plunging towards you! But now, you need to find out how to get to space. Maybe some kind of alien mob you can follow can take you to space.
When you get into space, you need to breathe, but there is no air, so you'll need something that will keep air with you before you launch, some kind of helmet with vision that can be called a Glass Helmet. But you need to be very careful, you don't want to drift away in space, so pack a lead to stabilize yourself.
What will happen on your space trip? Will you discover a planet inhabited by space cows? Encounter a giant galactic monster with an army of tiny aliens? Anything can happen of space, so be careful. Or maybe find different space rocks that can repel different mobs.
How will you get back? Will you find a portal back that you can re-use to enter space once again? Or take a deadly plunge into the ocean that can leave you with half a heart left? Many adventures will await you. So what will you do to discover new places?
With our current chunk system, this will never make it past the ground (Sorry...I had to). And even if implemented, this would be a pain rather than an enjoyment. HOWEVER with some refinement (though perhaps it will have to live its life as a mod), it MIGHT work. MIGHT.

These eggs don't need anything - they're just farming views. Thanks for your time!
Just FYI if you need to put five tags on a suggestion, it's probably a wishlist.
Alright, wiseguy. How about, instead of complaining about "wishlisting", you give us an idea of how post multiple suggestions that doesn't involve clogging up the forum with 10 separate threads.
If it's a good, well thought-out idea, it won't clog up the forum. If it's something someone scrambles together, it is. A single thread should not contain an idea for a whole new update, and a vague one at that. Many threads suggest a new mob, and those are usually around 8 paragraphs long. This is pretty much suggesting all of 1.9, and it's four small paragraphs.
