When you're not playing in-browser and you want to show something to friends or post something on a forum, why not add a screenshot system? similar to wow and several other games when you 'print screen' it automatically saves the screenshot into a folder. Just a thought i had today when i wanted to show a friend parts of my world.
1) Hit and hold F1. This removes the HUD stuff (version text, hotbar, PC hand)
2) While holding F1, hit F2. This creates a screenshot png file in a .minecraft\screenshots folder.
