Simply put, this has to be one of the best mods I have seen out on the Internet for the MineCraft community.
Though, something where you could create a 'friendly' Creeper to go around and blow things up for you. The materials could be very easy to get, but the Creeper has a relatively high chance of going, "You know...screw you!" and blowing itself up. Or, the materials very hard to get, and the Creeper always loving you and blowing itself up for that reason.

So to recap; is easy. Two shovels, one bag of lime, a hole and it depends on how big the creeper is. It take maybe a month, and you need lots of pigs. Is easy. Start music!
I like this idea, but would it not be cooler with undead officers to direct the troops Here is my idea:
Undead Officer: Zombie with a cool hat
When you summon this guy all zombies and skeletons will fall into a 3x3 square behind him creating and awesome army of the undead. However if the officer is killed all the zombies and skeletons will disperse and attack you
Anyone want to add to this idea
(also I am thinking of a zombie operated defense system with catapults and cannons under zombie controll

Love the idea - especially the slime picture / crafting recipe. Reminds me of being scared sh*tless when a slime nearly killed me in an old dungeon crawler game that I can't remember the name of.

Both seem really cool, especially the zombie catapults...
I'm not that big of a necromancer, but I still love this idea, I fell in love with the undead scourge in w3 I hope this gets implemented. also you should make a limit on your minions (OP). the baliasta spider is an epic idea, my favorite!

there is a limit, according to how many Necrotables you have.
On the mod thread, I posted two ideas, but no one payed any interest.

I can make images of my suggestions, or, I would, but I don't know where to host it. :sad.gif:
Daugar
(Image hopefully coming soon)
Desc: a navy blue zombie with glowing, pupilless yellow eyes. The Draugar (or Draugr in present day) comes from Norse mythology, and is said to smell of decay (but it can't decay, this is mostly likely because it carries diseases), it has the ability to grow and use magic called, "trollskap". They are very greedy and viciously defend the items they are buried with.
In game, they have the ability to triple their size during night, and have (day or night) a 35% chance of spreading disease to other mobs in a 3X3 radius around them. They, have the ability to turn into a smoke form and go through dirt, sand, grass and leaf blocks. They can also heal themselves with "trollskap" 0.5 hearts every 3 seconds. There is a 10% chance a passive mob will go mad and become aggressive when they are around. When created, there is a 35% chance a Draugar will attack you. Draugars don't burn in sunlight.
Locomotion: running, can fly and go through blocks in smoke form
Speed: zombie speed
Crafting:
( = shard, = amulet thing) Requires Dark Tome and Carcass
Attack Strength: 4 (normal)
Health: 11.5
I kind of grossed myself out explaining that. This is obviously not exactly my kind of mod. Lol. (It still intrests me though, although as I said before a bit on the "dark essence" side for me). If you add it, feel free to change its strength or its crafting.
Lich
Desc: a crowned, black robed skeleton with a staff. Unlike most Undead, Liches are Necromancers or Kings who wanted immortality. They are calculating and often lead armies of lesser undead.
In game, Liches will command your army for you out in battle. And can freeze (temporarily turning them into statues of ice blocks) and throw fireballs at enemies.
Locomotion: walking
Speed: slower than a skeleton
Crafting: I don't know.
Attack Strength: 1.5 (normal), but lights enemy on fire

sorry dude, I was off yesterday...
It's fine. I wasn't as upset, but I couldn't think of a way of saying exactly how I feel, I kept going to far. I was just posting it here to see if anyone noticed it.
The forum I am used to is quite small, so everybody kind of knows and pays attention to others. So I guess I am expecting that kind of feedback, which of course I wouldn't get in this large of a forum. :wink.gif:
all my favorite mods are broken, including NecroCraft! :smile.gif:
I can't fix it until MCP gets 1.3 compatible!
Although, I could work on the other bugs and hope my code doesn't have to change to much!

I rather like the betrayal aspect.
Yes, I'll make it so if you hit it, it revolts!

you can't, I'm still doing the beta test for the zombie mechanic.
Once that's done, I'll release it as version 0.1
But until then, no zombie summons.
You should be glad you don't have to do the beta, Something got messed up, and now it crashes all the time.
