Hi all, I would like to show you an idea I have for a future update.

Since Books are merely for making a that is for decoration, I think it should still have a use outside of decoration. A single book has no limit of how many pages there are. The Creator has a choice if he/she would like to either add or remove contents of the book. On the other hand, a would work similar to a if clicked on with the right mouse button. The same feature of making small or large bookshelves should be the same as putting two small chest together. Though it would not enlarge the amount of free spaces in the if placed over a :bookshelf:.

This would be kind of nice actually, I've always had sort of a longing for a journal of my time in minecraft... Would probably pretty simple to add, and if you don't like it it's not like you have to use it.

Hmm. This would be interesting. I'd like to be able to write in the books xD Kinda neat.

I like this, Although the idea is not so original, I might as well give love to the most recent thread on this subject.

I would make daily books with content like i was roleplaying.

That would be awesome...

Before I posted this I was shure I wasn't the only person who had thought about this. But I decided I would just post it anyway :tongue.gif:.

I've wanted something like this ever since I was able to write stuff on signs. Heck, to be honest, it's not about being able to write in the books I want. I just want to be given notes or something. Maybe a random cryptic note of how my character ended up here at first spawn.

But yeah, the idea of having journals would be awesome.
