So I was playing on the new snapshot and found two woodland manshions like 850 blocks away from each other pretty close to spawn and was just wondering how rare it is.

What's the seed?
That structure is probably one of the most uncommon in the game in my experience, so finding two close together is probably rather uncommon/rare-ish.
It's funny how both of those seem to be right on the border of a dark forest and birch forest.
