Here's a seed with a very nice beach lake next to a beach in a forest biom. Note the torches in the bottom left of the screenshot? That is a little pit area where if you dig towards the way it slopes down you'll hit a cave system right after a block or two. That cave system leads directly to a stronghold and ender portal.

Great place for a board walk and shops. Be sure you have the large biom option set on.

Here's a map I made of the area. Notice the upside down L shape? That is the start of the boardwalk I've been working on.
