It's the 1.3 snapshot. It's basically a preview of what is to come in the next update. You can download it by going to the front page of the Minecraft forums.

Unfortunately, this update will be delayed. But the content it has is well worth the wait!

Okay guys, this is probably the last update for this seed until I come up with a workaround.

Great seed, would DEFIANTLY use it if I hadn't already started a Single-player world.

Looks amazing but, I'm staying with 1.2.5 for my mods.
(Not My mods but, you know what I mean.)

A good quality seed most are the same old same old.
