I will constantly update this, but so far i have seen:

Spawns a Huge cave system, and at the bottom, a mineshaft. Also i think i saw a cavern, but i died quicky after. Lava and water taking amazing forms in the cave, open areas in the cave, amazing. Its right beside your spawn, you legitemently see it when you spawn.

A crazy find, when you spawn, you go right and you see a cave, but really its just a opening and exit cave, but right at that exit part, there is a 1x1 Square, it leads you into all these amazing twists and turns, tight, barly fit. after about a min of that, Huge open areas!

Try the seed 'lands' you will spawn in a field, walk a bit and you will find huge floating land masses
