i hope you all realize, that with every update, seeded worlds are going to change. the generator CHANGES every time notch updates. that means, whatever seeds are cool now, might not be so cool later.

Give me an internet, or Chuck Norris will kill you!!!
I used my username as the seed and got a pretty nice world. There are a LOT of mountains, and DEEP caves. A lof of the caves open at ground level and just go almost straight down. There was also a few areas of mostly flat land. It's almost like you get a little bit of everything here XD I also found a mob spawner right beneath the surface. I found a tunnel next to a pumpkin patch that opened right next to the mob spawner and chests.
Here are some screenshots I got.
Here is where I spawned at.

Head towards the mountain shown and you pretty much find the rest from there.
Here's the pumpkin patch I mentioned with a screenshot showing the coordinates. It's straight east from the spawn coordinates and was pretty much the furthest point I went to so far.
Natural lava pool past the pumpkin patch
If you're facing the pumpkin patch and turn around, this is what's on the other side.
I dunno if it's been mentioned yet, but '&e0' makes for a relatively picturesque and natural landscape of rolling hills, seasonal forests, and coasts lined with cliffy islands.
My favorite part about seeds will be using mapping programs on identical seed generated maps before and after updates. Just to see what changes were made to the terrain and biome generation.
Holy crap i tried it and it is AMAZING
Heres some screenshots
Most of the stuff is around 0,0 ish
Yeah, that's pretty much it. The exact location I'm at is X:214, Y:72, Z:2.
Also, did anyone who used gargamel spawn in a dark cave?
Let there be fire!!!!!
Forest fire right outside spawn. Spawn consists of several sandy islands. Thjere are lots of cool mountains nearby.

(No coordinates needed, its pretty easy to spot, just turn around :biggrin.gif: )

That's odd.. I tried "RagingInferno" and this is what I get at (0, 0).
