Just today a friend and I were randomly generating worlds trying to find a woodland mansion close to spawn, and we found it! This is probably the closest woodland mansion to the spawn ever found for Minecraft 1.12!
I could go on about the seed, but why not watch the cinematic and find out more for yourself!

The second image is the Minutor view of this world.
The Mansion is closer to to village but I think that the "LoveMindcraft101" mansion might actually closer to spawn.
Of course it will work just as well in version 1.12.

I'm not sure that this seed is the closest Mansion to spawn seed presented but it's certainly in the running.

I am so trying out this seed. I've yet been able to find a mansion in any of my seeds!
Thanks all! Probably one of the coolest attributes is it can be visually seen from the spawn point.
