First the Seed: "954646492613527790" in default vanilla.
I've created worlds with this seed in PCMCv1.7.10, 1.10.2, and 1.11.
In all cases I spawned at the edge of a village with a church, a library, and a blacksmith.
The village is beside or over a ravine the directly (straight down) connects to another ravine that bottoms out at Y=13.
There is a Mineshaft that crosses the upper ravine in several places.
This biome map is the same for all versions of MC 1.7.2 and later.
Except for Stronghold locations.

I started playing this world in 1.11. It's really nice. I spawned near the edge of forest by the village, and there were donkeys right there and sheep, so I was able to get a bed first thing. There are also cows not too far from the village. Everything you need is right there.
Edited to add that I haven't found diamonds yet, but I've been busy fencing in the village to protect the villagers.
