I made this simple command. Plop down a cmd block, paste in the code, modify the /say 1 through /say 5 commands to whatever you want, and power it. The 5 commands you entered will be run simultaneously. Some room is needed above the cmdblock, 8 blocks, I believe. Also make sure you have nothing right next to it. This room is required because of the nature of the way this works.
