Kwerti, You seem quite knowledgeable with command blocks. I am trying to make an ID system for a server using command blocks so I know who buys what where or can create a voting system. I'm thinking I might be able to use this command but I'm not sure of its entire capabilities. I have set up a dummy objective "ID" that I will manually set each player with an ID that will stick. My problem is when I want to detect this. While I can test for a certain ID I cant figure out how to see the ID of the player closest to the command block and then broadcast that ID some how to another command block. Like I said I think this command might be useful but I'm not sure the extent it can be used.

It sounds like you need scoreboard. Unfortunately, I cannot help with scoreboard. I'm not that knowledgeable with command blocks. Although, perhaps you could set up a temporary objective to hold the score.
I've tried this over and over again, but it doesn't seem to be working. The command I'm doing is supposed to just execute to kill the nearest entities.
/execute @p ~ ~ ~ kill @e[type=!Player,r=1]
but it will only execute once. I do have them on a repeater.
The message I am getting is "Failed to execute 'execute @p ~ ~ ~ kill @e[type=!Player,r=1]' as ELM_O3000 (my username)
I also noticed that when I put in a line of command blocks does work, because they only execute once.

Are you sure that there are entities in range of the player to kill?
I've kinda worked it out with the long line of command blocks
But it would be nice just to put it on a repeater.
It works fine for me, you may want to increase the radius of the command, though. The failure message seems to appear regardless of the success of the command.
Things were beginning to look up until I ran into a game-breaking problem. Either a massive game-breaking bug, or just my brain's IQ dropping 30.
The command I was executing was this:
/execute @e[type=Player] ~ ~ ~ testfor @e[type=Spider,name=Spidy,r=2] (Spidy is my pet :3)
But the error message I got was retarded.
[16:47:24] Unknown command. Try /help for a list of commands
WHY? it's fine! I can't use ANY execute commands!
I tried taking out the / before execute, putting a / before the testfor but nothing! Is this a bug? Please help me this is really getting annoying.
The command is correct. Either you haven't activated the command block yet (the error message is leftover from when there was no command) or you inserted an invisible character somewhere in the command.
@Elm_o kwerti is correct. Minecraft likes to insert invisible characters into command blocks, so it may help to try re-typing the command. And making sure you're actually powering it of course.

Truly he is my rock and my salvation; he is my fortress, I will not be shaken. ~Psalms 62:6
My score for team is one and I'm in range of the block. Also the command is looping every second on a clock.
Please help.
The error message from the command block would be helpful. The command is trying to execute on any player with a score of exactly 1 on the objective "Team" the fill command, to replace all red stained glass in a 10x10x10 area centered around the player with orange stained glass.
You could also be experiencing a bug where /fill replace can't replace blocks with underscores.
Thanks

you have @a[score_Team=1,score_Team_min=1]
it should look like @a[score=Team_min=1]
it looks for what score name you are selecting and then looks for subtext
