Is there a way to spawn more than 1 mob at a time?
You can have each mob you want separated in a Riding stack ride FallingSand with a Time tag of 0. This will cause the FallingSand to disappear the instant it's summoned, and the mobs that were riding it will appear at the specified coordinates in the /summon command (thus avoiding fall damage).
For example, summoning a creeper and skeleton together:

The "Time" tag defaults to 0 when not defined, so doesn't need to be included.
Thanks for answering! Though I realised I had worded my question incorrectly. What I meant to ask was if you could spawn more than just 1 (for example) zombie at a time? If you could answer that, it would be deeply appreciated!

In that case, there is no way to do so, other than to use the same method with the Riding tag.
Hey helpful guy, I have a problem. I've been unable to get equipment to work. I've summoned many different types of Creeper but none drop arrows like I need them to. I struggled really hard and made a dispenser-holding test zombie, but he didn't drop it when I killed him.
So how do I deal with this? Thanks helpful guy.

So I was working on this really cool resource pack a while ago, but bad progress nonwithstanding, I think I found something much better... I'm probably gonna never release another custom Minecraft map.Until we meet again...
It says i cant summon that object outside of this world
Check your co-ordinates.

I COMPLETELY LOVE this. We;;, its like a policeman, but could you tell me what kind of potion effects, guns, armor and enchantments are here? Also I wanna customize my (well, policeman rather than knight) to shoot bow and arrow or throw something like potion. Can you help me with this?
OK, I seem to have figured it out. Basically the thing is that /summon equipment does not use word IDs yet and instead considers arrows to be 262. I'll wait for Minecraft 1.8 before I engage my arrow-dropping-creepers inside a map.
