Nevermind, I've found the solution - just spawn a snowball one block above the Warden right after his undigging animation ends so snowball hits him, and to the always active repeating command block put this command:
/execute as @e[type=snowball,limit=1] run data modify entity @s Owner set from entity @p UUID
The Warden after being hit without any of interruption from the player starts roaring and strike to attack you, and that's the final effect I was looking for.

I tried to use that whole phrase of "anger" at the end of this command but it didn't work as I wanted, Warden just get spawned and that's it:
