I need a redstone clock to activate a line of command blocks when several seconds have passed. I used a hopper clock but it brings me some problems with space. Then I tried using the following command in a repeating command block:
/scoreboard players add @p timer 1
My idea was to add 1 to the «timer» score and detect when it reached 60 using the /execute command and a comparator. But it only works if I set the «timer» score to 60 manually (like in the first attached screenshot). When using the previous command in a repeating command block the score changes from 60 to 61 so fast that the /execute doesn't detect it and the comparator doesn't give the redstone signal (second screenshot).

Is there another way to make a scoreboard clock?

Hey
I wrote a guide on my website for a similar timer/clock using command blocks, you can find it here or here:
https://blitzd.uk/minecraft/examples/
You can edit the commands to suit your requirements.
Hope this helps!
I came with a solution by myself, but thanks!
Watching your code I realized it's possible to give a score to something besides a player, so that's nice to know.
