I have some problems with the syntax of the commandblock... language?
Currently im working on a teleport room so i setted up a falt world to test my code.
Portal: The portal surface is 5 high, 3 wide and 1 deep, the frame is 7 high, 5 wide and 1 deep (messured in block's)
The first thing i want is when you enter that area in the portal frame that the boolean condition is true so you can /run the teleport argument for the certain player standing in there...
if entity @a[dx=20,dy=4,dz=26,distance=..1]
if entity @a[dx=20,dy=4,dz=27,distance=..1]
if entity @a[dx=20,dy=4,dz=28,distance=..1]
- First, why does that not work when I go on that position?
- Is there a better way to link those togheter (like &&), or with an array instead like you would do in the /fill syntax.
- Later on, how do I locate a player being on this very position? tp entity @p to $destination?
Oh, I made an exploration about the .. notation, that works a bit like in the #!/bin/bash language of C.
if entity @a[dx=20,dy=4..7,dz=26..28,distance=..1]
