Need to make plots of various sizes for my survival/ adventure map, I was interested in simply changing the players gamemode from adventure to survival. I have a 16x16 plot of coarse dirt and a further 6 blocks in all directions around the plot so the player cannot break the wall around the plot that I have made. I’m ok with this. I am more after a basic gamemode swap that will detect players who leave there 16x16 are. Or 16x32 whatever the plot size may be. And detect when the enter it and automatically change that players mode
I would like to give the player a scoreboard for the plot
like scoreboard : owner plot 1 “ect”
and test for that I just don’t know how to put it all together
So you would set the first sets of x, y, and z values to the most negative corner of the plot (So if you look in the direction of the plot it would towards positive x/z) and set the dx, dy, and dz to the distance from that location to the edge of the plot. The gamemode change on the way out would require four command blocks so they completely encircle the previously made gamemode change area. Hope this helps.
