So i want to use plugins on my server but spigot ****s with my iron golem farm and makes it not work is there like a vanilla minecraft jar file that i can attach plugins to? or anything like that?

If you think Spigot itself causes your iron farm to malfunction, it sounds unlikely.
It might be faster if you ask in the General Discussion Section. But if you want to understand the plugins more, try to debug them.
If you're not a programmer, you can do something like this:
Assume you have 4 plugins. Try to install only one at a time. If that installation makes your iron farm malfunction, just don't use it or request the developers a fix. If that doesn't work, consider remaking the iron farm in Creative to make sure it's not the farm itself that causes the problem.

ive read up and spigot itself slows down redstone and other village mechanics which breaks self building iron farms
