Oh, just one thing, how would I make it announce the turning on and off of pvp?
You can simply add a /say command or a /tellraw command:
when objective==12000 say pvp enabled or tellraw @a {"text":"pvp enabled"}
when objective==24000 say pvp disabled or tellraw @a {"text":"pvp disabled"}

Ok, thanks. Lastly I’ll need some help putting this into command format, I have no idea How to do any of this. (Not very good at advanced commands)
This is for 1.13, as you say that you are doing it in 1.13
Setup:
/scoreboard objectives add timer dummy
/scoreboard teams add pvptoggle
/scoreboard teams option pvptoggle friendlyfire false
/scoreboard teams option pvptoggle seeFriendlyInvisibles false
/summon armor_stand ~ ~ ~ {CustomName:"timer"}
Run in a loop:
/scoreboard players add @e[name=timer] timer 1
/scoreboard players set @e[name=timer,scores={timer=2400..}] timer 0
/execute as @e[scores={timer=12001...24000}] run scoreboard teams join pvptoggle @a[team=!timer]
/execute as @e[scores={timer=12001...24000}] run tellraw @a {"text":"PVP disabled","color":"green"}
/execute as @e[scores={timer=0}] run scoreabord teams leave @a[team=timer]
execute as @e[scores={timer=0}] run tellraw @a {"text":"PVP enabled","color":"red"}
Wow, thanks! So the loop means that I setup command blocks in a square with redstone or repeating command blocks. Or maybe somthing new in 1.13 I haven’t found out about yet?
Basically, put the first command in a repeating command block and then link the other commands using chain command blocks in the order that i listed the commands.
Hi, I’m looking to re-create friend or foe (like Ibalisticsquid does) in my realm, and I currently need a bit of help with the commands as follows:
- How to make a ten minute timer that enables pvp and has a ten minute cool down.
- How to make a randomizer for the timer mentioned above it can’t be to crazy, probably just once every 2 minutes to try for it.
- How to count lives (displays next to name when you press tab)
- How to make a stand that when you put an emerald block in it, it gives you a life.
Also we’ll be doing it in 1.13 when it comes out so we don’t have to regenerate the world when the update comes.
Thanks in advance!
I’ll have to try this tomorrow, thanks!
