I am having a hard time finding a solution to this online. Is there any way to prevent players from flipping trapdoors and rotating maps in item frames while they are in Adventure Mode?
Basically, at world spawn, players are in Adventure Mode. There is a map wall that players will obnoxiously rotate the maps on. Many of the buildings use trapdoors as decoration and when players open them, the buildings look strange.
For Item Frame Rotation you could use this in a repeating command block to set them back to original rotation. Obviously you will have to alter r= to what radius is needed

Maybe just have a system that will /setblock them back in
CBTela made a good point.
I'd prefer summon an invisible slime.

Hope this helps
