Argh! thats a bummer. Much that is great will be lost because whenever this sort of thing happens you generally cant find enough people to refactor great ideas from old code to new. Cheers for the heads-up.
A lot of the changes are pretty straight forward, once you get the hang of it.
On the plus side, if you code it with the current structure into functions, there are some programs out there that will convert it for you. That said, the resulting code will probably need to be looked over for optimization, but...it's something.
Fair point, did wonder if there would be converters of some kind. I have a pile of redstone and command block structures - probably easy enough to work out but....
At the moment we aren't em,ploying twitch - I'd moved everything from a laptop to a reconditioned PC with the intent of - once this adventure is over - starting off again with Mods and so on in play. So... we'll see
Pleasure fellah - thanks to Dscutt's approach I have a healthy and involved chat system going.
I'm still finding ways forward with compex adventure setups - having certain NPC's react in certain ways - different chat streams depending on certain tags to reflect situations - can be a bit fiddly as there isn't a great amount of logic in the system, I recently found
execute unless [blah] - which is neat - and generally now when planning a chat stream that will have a possibility of morphing (in the video above the player gets a few things in his inventory and the NPC suddenly recognises him as 'the avatar' and the chat swaps to a different set of outputs per click) - the I set up a tag value to represent a 'noob' status - rather than test for the absence of a tag -seems faster and more logical.
Hope things work out for you - can post my modified system up here if you like
