So as title says , im currently trying to make a zombie/skeleton/spider that have bout 200 block aggro range for my own modded zomb survival like those in cod. im okay with the shop and mobspawner cloning thingy , but i realize mobs aggro is not that far so i intend to modify the aggro range, but from all source that i read , i cant come to conclussion , are there any specific command / custom NBT ?

If something is possible with /summon, it is possible with mob spawners.
The easiest way to do it is /setblock.
So, a normal spawner but with the zombies having 200 aggro range is:
/setblock ~ ~ ~ minecraft:mob_spawner 0 replace {SpawnData:{id:"minecraft:zombie",Attributes:[{Name:generic.followRange,Base:200}]}}
Remember that just like a regular spawner, it spawns things only when a player is near it. To get a bigger player range, use:
/setblock ~ ~ ~ minecraft:mob_spawner 0 replace {SpawnData:{id:"minecraft:zombie",Attributes:[{Name:generic.followRange,Base:200}]},RequiredPlayerRange:40}
