I don't know what you mean. That generator isn't really good, as it doesn't allow all of the possibilities for JSON in Minecraft.
I tried doing /say §a §4yolo (1st pic)
and it literally says @r yolo instead of using (playername) yolo.(2nd pic)
How do you type it so that it does this (playername) yolo? (3 and 4)

You will need to use tellraw. This is the command you'll want:
/tellraw @a {"selector":"@r","color":"green","extra":[{"text":" : yolo","color":"red"}]}Also, to copy+paste text into command blocks you need to use keyboard shortcuts. Use Ctrl+C to copy and Ctrl+V to paste.
