I need help with couple commands. I dont know where command block help is but ill put it here.
so im making a adventure map and trying to figure a command that when you place a wool to the same color wool it unlocks the next level?
What do you mean with "when you place a wool to the sme color"?
If you explain me that I can help.
lik you find a piece a wool you place it above a block it unlocks a door
First you need that item. Type /give @p wool 1 4 {CanPlaceOn:[wool]}
Replace the 2nd "wool" with the block, the wool should be placed on.
Then, in 1.9, you need a command block, put it to 'always active' and 'repeat'.
Paste the following command in there: /testforblock [x] [y] [z] wool [color]
Replace the [x] [y] [z] with the coordinates of the block and [color] with the number of the color, from 0 to 14.
In 1.8, this has to be on a fill-clock, for which there are plenty of tutorials out there.
Place a comparator next to the command block, as your output.

Thanks
I don't understand you very well but ok.
If you place a black wool on a specify place you can use a testforblock in a clock.
testforblock X Y Z wool 15
Put a comparator next to that command block and next to it a command to unlock the next level.
The problem is that you need to write a testforblock command for each block you place.
If you need a better way, tell me.
yes, confusing. So whats the better way?
Ok, I think Janis won with the testforblock.
But...
This command should work:
/testforblock X Y Z minecraft:wool
The testforblock is a good idea and It's easy to build but I would use a more complex way.
Ok thanks
I prefer the testforblock for command beginners.
I get yellow wool every time i do the command, how do I color?
For the color?
testforblock X Y Z wool 0
You need to see what number is yellow.
For example white is 0 and black is 15.
The black would be:
oh Thanks
Don't worry. If you need more help with that, tell me.
now, I need help If on detection command. Like I go on a quartz block it teleports the player to a place?
What?
I didn't understand.
sorry, when the player steps on a quartz block. it teleports them to another spot
Oh
That's easy.
Use this in a clock and that's it.
execute @a ~ ~ ~ detect ~ ~-1 ~ quartz_block 0 /tp @a X Y Z
The coordinates will be where you want to teleport the player.
