I know of another method were you spawn invulnerable slimes which are silent and have NoAI which block the door. You can then kill these with a /kill command when you want the door to unlock
is it anyway to make treedoors act like irondors? so you cant upen them by hands?

Oh, by the way, why do you need to swap the functionality of the doors around? You could use a custom resource pack.
